The Prophetic Significance of the Blood Moons: What do they Mean?

And there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven..And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars . . . Luke 21: 11, 25.

The next upcoming blood moon will be happening on the night of Passover, in the early morning hours of April 4th.

Pattern: The Blood Moons have been associated with war against Israel and a resounding victory!

There have been two other times in this century when a cluster of four blood moons (total

lunar eclipses) have happened. And, they did not happen on just any random dates but on

the biblical feast days of Passover and Sukkot!

Background: On 14 May 1948, Ben-Gurion declared the establishment of a Jewish state in

Eretz-Israel to be known as the State of Israel. Several hours later, at midnight on 15 May, 1948, the British Mandate of Palestine expired, and the State of Israel came into being.

Within hours, the armies of Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq and immediately attacked Israel.

The First set of blood moon tetrads happened during this time frame. Lets take a look more closely.

The Arab/Israeli war wrapped up during Spring to Fall of 1949:

Feb-June 1949: Israel and Arab states agree to armistice in separate agreements. Israel gained about 50% more territory than was originally allotted to it by the UN Partition Plan.

What did the BLOOD MOON TETRADS mean in 1948/49? They served as a warning (a

harbinger or sign of a war) with Israels enemies who wanted to ABORT the birth of the

new nation of secular Israel. What was the result? A RESOUNDING victoryagainst all odds!

Now lets look at the NEXT set of blood moon tetrads which occurred in 1967/68:

Truly these blood moons are set to Yahwehs PRECISE CLOCK. Yahweh is using the blood moons as SIGNPOSTS for us to UNDERSTAND WHAT TIME IT IS!

The six day war was fought between June 5 to June 10, 1967.

Notice WHEN the war took place: sandwiched right in the MIDDLE between the Spring Feast of Passover and the Fall Feast of Sukkot.

In the 6 day war they captured: the Sinai, the Golan Heights and the West Bank of the

Jordan River, The Western Wall was recaptured AND Jerusalem was reunited and taken back under Jewish control and became the capitol of the Jewish state of Israel.

WHAT DID THE BLOOD MOON TETRADS MEAN IN 1967/68? They served AGAIN as a

WARNING (a harbinger or a sign) of the 6 DAY WAR with neighboring Arab states. What was the result? Another RESOUNDING victory.against all odds!

Now lets turn our attention to the upcoming blood moon tetrads which start this April.

During Passover 2015 we will see our third BLOOD MOON, on April 4, 2015, which falls on

the Passover. There is also a total solar eclipse that occurred on March 20, 2015. The total solar eclipse and the blood moon eclipse are signposts from the Lord.

In Genesis 1:14, it is written:

And Yahweh said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

The word, sign in Hebrew is: 'owth (oth) n-f.

and it means:

"a signal (literally or figuratively), as a flag, beacon, monument,

What is Yahweh saying to us through these signposts?

Let's connect some dots. We see a convergence of events happening all in close proximity to one another.

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.

The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining. Yahweh also shall

roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but

Yahweh will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. Joel 3: 14-16

An exceedingly rare solar eclipse took place over a most symbolic location on a day infused

with both great natural significance and profound religious meaning.

There was a total eclipse of the sun for two minutes over the North Pole on Friday, March

20, the day of the Spring Equinox which coincides with the beginning of the Hebrew month

of Nissan, the first month in the Biblical calendar year, a solar occurrence that has never

happened before in human history.

The concurrence and rarity of this natural event, together with the times in which we live, indicates the finger of God, Gidon Ariel, an Israeli Orthodox Jew told Breaking Israel News.

For the first time ever, a solemn assembly was called in Jerusalem on March 20th,

on the same day as the solar eclipse to gather and pray prayers of repentance at

an outdoor Pavilion in Jerusalem.

It was a call that went out to all citizens of Israel: The elders, the Priests, the Levites,

adults, children, everyone in the land we called to turn to Yahweh and repent, for He is gracious and compassionate. It was a call to assemble in the spirit of Joel 2.

Why was this FIRST EVER solemn assembly called? Read the scriptures below to gain insight

and understanding as to WHY the solemn assembly was called.

Blow a shofar in Zion, And sound an alarm on My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of t

the land tremble, For the day of the Lord is coming; Surely it is near, A day of darkness and

gloom, A day of clouds and thick darkness (Joel 2:15) Blow the Shofar in Zion, Consecrate

a fast, gather the people. Joel 2: 1-2

Now, therefore, says Yahweh,

Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.

So rend your heart, and not your garments;

Return to Yahweh your Elohim,

For He is gracious and merciful,

Slow to anger, and of great kindness; And He relents from doing harm. Joel 2: 12-13

It will come about after this I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and

daughters will prophesy, Your old men will dream dreams, Your young men will see visions.

Even on the male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. I will display

wonders in the sky and on the earth, Blood, fire and columns of smoke. The sun will be

turned into darkness And the moon into blood before the great and awesome day of

the Lord comes. And it will come about that whoever calls on the name of the Lord Will be delivered. Joel 2:28-32

A solar eclipse is often associated with Yahweh's dealings or judgment upon the nations.

This solar eclipse is unique and rare. It is happening on the first day of the spring equinox.

It is happening at the exact mid point of the Shemitah year. It is happening on the first day

of the first month of the biblical calendar year.

Now that the Israeli elections are over, the UN Security Council will soon be meeting to

discuss a resolution that will declare/decree the dividing of the land to create a full member Palestinian state.

What is this signpost from Yahweh telling us? Could it be a warning to the nations, a

warning of judgment if the nations decide to divide the land of Israel to make a Palestinian

state?

I will also gather all nations,

And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat;

And I will enter into judgment with them there

On account of My people, My heritage Israel,

Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land. Joel 3:2

Summary: What Has the Sign of the 4 Blood Moons Shown us in the Past?

*On May 14, 1948, the 4 blood moons were associated with the birth of the nation; they

were immediately attacked by Arab nations a day later. The result was a resounding

victory for Israel!

* In 1967/1968, 4 blood moons were associated with the 6 day war and the battle for West

Bank, Sinai, Golan Heights, & Jerusalem. The result was a resounding victory for Israel!

*On Passover 2014, we had our first blood moon. Then, following the blood moon, there

was a summer war between Israel and Hamas. Israel had victory in this war and shut down

many of the Hamas terror tunnels and took out Hamas military sites.

The total solar eclipse occurred on March 20th and the third blood moon will be in the early

morning hours of April 4th, Passover. What is Yahweh saying to us through these

"signposts"? What do you think these signposts mean?
