400 Thai Baht per gymnast.

Coaches Briefing

There will be a coaches meeting prior to the start at 08:00 on Saturday and Sunday in the hospitality room. Please make sure that a representative attends this briefing, as score cards will be distributed during this time.

Competition Results

Competition result will be displayed on large 2 scoreboards, ranking and real time results during the competition. The program of scoring called “Beyond the Scores”.

Warm-up

The scheduled warm-up will last for 30 minutes at the beginning of each session.

At the beginning of the competition, each gymnast will have an American style to warm-up on each apparatus before competing.

Coaching Rules

Two coaches per team for each apparatus competing are required to accompany their gymnasts at all times during competition.

Photography

Rembrandt photographers will be taking action shots of individual gymnasts. Photographs will be available for viewing directly after the competition at their booth.

*NO flash photography allowed during the competition.

Security

Please bring a photo ID to allow access to NIST International School.

Hospitality Room

Coaches (hospitality) Room is located inside the sports centre opposite the Nurse’s room. 

Nurse

A nurse will be available all time with a clearly marked station.

Food and Snacks

Our new canteen will have a range of food and snack items available and we will also have Twist and Sausage Sizzle by our NIST Parents.

BISAC Competition Divisions and Format

Format: Gymnastics Australian National Program (NDP version 2)

Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (age cut off 01/08/13)

Level 0 – Under 7years old (1 team)Level 1 – 7 years old & younger (Junior)Level 1 – 8 years old & older (Senior)Level 2 – Open Age (2 teams)Level 3 – Open Age (2 teams)Level 4 – Open Age (2 teams)Level 5 – Open Age (2 teams)

The start values will vary depending on bonus skills and the difficulty of the routine. Start value is out of 10.0 or 10.5 depending on bonus for each apparatus.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (age cut- off 01/08/13)

WAG gymnasts have the choice of one routine with a start value of 5.00 points on each apparatus.D score = 5.00, E score = 10.00, D+E score = final scoreFor Level 4-6 WAG gymnasts, there is no restriction on bonus skills on each apparatus.

Team Championships – MAG & WAG

Schools may enter teams of up to 6 gymnasts in each of the divisions as stated above, and 2 teams in some of the divisions.

Only the highest 3 scores on each apparatus will count towards the Team’s total score. Only the “A” team for each school will count towards the team awards at BISAC.

Awards

Awards will be presented for:

Individual apparatus per level and division (1st-6th place) Individual All-Around per level and division (1st – 6th place) Teams (1st-3rd place) per level and division

Bonus Skills for Level 4-6 WAG

Technical

For Levels 4, 5 and 6 there will be no capping on bonus skills.  Please be aware of the additional bonus encouragement skills for these levels as set out below:
