Issues to be addressed
● Blockchains do not have an embedded identity layer. All addresses on blockchains are by default pseudonymous
● Without identity blockchains can be misused by bad actors, creating risks for blockchain applications from the point of view of fraud, impersonation, cybersecurity, theft, trolling, DDOS
● Condition: Any blockchain based identity system should be anonymous and decentralised

PASS Verify™ - a Blockchain Verification solution
● Blockpass provides a crypto-address verification system
● A user acquires PASS tokens in their wallet
● Then they download the Blockpass App and get verified
● They share a basic verification of themselves with an identity document
● Blockpass then adds that user to an blockchain identity ‘whitelist’ with other users and deletes the raw data of the user from the Blockpass server
● That whitelist can then be used by other decentralised or web-based applications
