Judge Jeanine Pirro is the guest speaker at the 119th annual St. Barnabas Founder’s Day celebration April 25, 2019. The nearly sold out fundraising event raises dollars for the Free Care Fund, helping residents and patients in need.

Jeanine Pirro is a highly respected judge, former district attorney, elected politician, legal commentator, New York Times Best Selling author, and champion of women’s rights. Pirro won an Emmy for her work as a network

television host of Justice with Judge Jeanine. In 1990, she became the first elected female judge to sit on the Westchester County court bench. In 1993, Judge Pirro was also elected district attorney of Westchester County, once again setting a precedent as the first female to hold that position. ]

The Hance Award, named in honor of St. Barnabas founder Gouverneur Provoost Hance, will be presented to Judge Jeanine Pirro by St. Barnabas President William V. Day.

The Hance awardee joins a distinguished roster of Founder’s Day speakers, to name a few: including President Gerald Ford, First Lady Barbara Bush, actor Charlton Heston, Vice President Dan Quayle, education secretary William Bennett, actress Debbie Reynolds, inspirational leaders the Rev. Norman Vincent Peale and Dr. Robert Schuller, community and political leader Elsie Hillman, astronaut Buzz Aldrin, and Fred Rogers. ]
