OBJECTIVES AND CONTENT Leadership is a crosscutting function that extends beyond formal authority. Based on competencies and rooted in values it determines attitudes and behaviour. Course content:
Systemic leadership – leading (in) systems and leadership without formal power/authority: key criteria
Strengthening personal leadership competencies and self-leadership
Practicing core leadership skills, e.g. appreciative communication and generative listening; effective communication
The importance of integrity, commitment, responsibility, trust and open-mindedness
The key drivers of human behaviour in working relationships

Self-reflection and self-leadership
Peer-to-peer-learning and feedback from trainer
Case clinics
Appreciative comparison of diversity
Developing a personal roadmap for implementation
