11 Years i’’ve been working in property, seems so long ago.

Yes, ever since purchasing my first home.

ThatThat’s a very difficult question, St john’s wood is where I

was brought up so I have an affinity to it but also

Knightsbridge as I first started work there and love the

buzz of the area.

It has to be syon park a small park at the end of the road of

my grandparents house in Twickenham a small tranquil

park to get away from it all.

small tranquil village atmosphere.

I prefer traditional because they offer more space.

Work out the price you can realisticlly afford, so you can enjoy

your property and not have to worry about mortgage payments

and location is important, you have to like where you live.

That the more information you can give about the property you

want to rent the quicker we can find it for you otherwise you

spend time looking at properties that are not quite right.

We do not normally charge a prospective purchaser for our services as the fee is customarily paid by the vendor. However, should you prefer to instruct BL& Co to act for you in purchasing a property on your behalf, you would then be liable for our fees at anan agreed rate. We would also remind you that stamp duty is payable on the purchase of a property over a certain value and is calculated as a percentage of the full purchase price. Your local office will advise you of current rates and thresholds.

The Valuation: we will give the most comprehensive valuation available – all our valuations are based on comparable evidence and our view of the local market at the time of the valuation. We advise on price, we don’t insist as our job is to work with you.

After The Valuation: in most cases you will receive a verbal valuation at the time of the appointment. Having said that you will receive a written copy of our valuation within 24 hours.
