Description
A versatile easy to use rebuilding putty with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. This product is heavily filled with aluminum oxide and can be built up to an inch in thickness or more.
An underwater curing versionof SAR used for rebuildingareas underwater or where the component needs to be put back into underwater service before full cure.
A more abrasion resistantputty than SAR, which is usedprimarily in areas requiringmore resistance to fine slurries either in liquid or powder form.

Acid Resistant Flooring / Trench Systems
Salt and brackish water pumped at high pressure levels across carbon steel pipelines, cause excessive abrasion and/or corrosion and as a result severely impact operational efficiency of the overall circulating water cycle. Duromar epoxy lining systems have been used to protect several sea/circulating water pipelines, that have showcased excellent performance for over 20 years under continuous operation.
Carbon Steel Slurry Pipelines often experience excessive abrasion due to the volume of particles and pressure of fluids flowing through. 100% solid polymeric epoxies are proved to have the best abrasion resistance, thus protecting the pipelines from abrasion related damages.
Neutralisation pits and trenches experience excessive corrosion due to the varying concentration and properties of acids flowing through the system, thus causing frequent damages. Duromar 100% solid novolac based flooring and lining systems are best suited for protection of floors & trenches exposed to strong acids and chemicals.

Flue Gas Desulphurization Systems are primarily used to scrub flue gas exhaust from Fossil Fired Power Plants to remove the Oxides of Sulphur present in the flue gas and render flue gas free of Oxides of Sulphur that leaves the Chimney. The Oxides of Sulphur cause extreme pollution to the environment and is also a health hazard. Hence, the Oxides of Sulphur in the flue gas should be contained before it is released to the atmosphere. Provision of FGD system is a sure shot, proven solution for this.
The FGD system mainly consists of Absorber, Stacks, Gas to Gas Heaters, Duct Work, ChemicalMixing Tanks, Slurry Tanks and Clarifiers.
Of all the problems that could beset a Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) system, corrosion is the one that pose challenges to system designers, manufacturers and users alike. The environment within a FGD system is a complex solids, liquids, and gases interface characterized by critical temperature fluctuations and turbulent chemical reactions. This activity is bound to take its toll on inner surfaces of ductwork, dampers, piping, pumps and other vessels coming in its path.

The Duromar range of products are so designed that they can overcome high abrasion, temperature, acid condensing situations, periodical wet, dry cycling effect and huge temperature fluctuations.
The Duromar range of products are 100% solid, solvent free, multi-functional novolac Epoxies. Being 100% solvent free, these systems while outperforming conventional solvent based coatings are alsonon-hazardous to the applicator and nontoxic to the environment. One another big advantage of the Duromar range of products is being solvent free, other miscellaneous maintenance and operational construction activities can take place without constraint while coating operations are being carried out.
