Carlos Sandoval, MBA - Partner Management Consulting

Carlos was born in Peru and has lived in Peru and Bolivia, Holland and the U.S. and has worked extensively in Asia, Europe and Latin America. As part of the finance organization at Bank of America since 2003, he held a project controller position supporting the Global Corporate and Investment Banking business.

Carlos joined the Quality & Productivity - Global Operations Group and lead the launch of the Cost per Trade initiative, which is a strategic effort to implement Activity Based Costing to the Investment Banking trading business. Carlos is a graduate of the OneMBA, the Global Executive MBA at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an innovative global program in partnership with five premier business schools in Asia, Latin America, Europe and the U.S. His graduate studies focused on Cross-Cultural Management and Global Management. He has been a champion of the strategic diversity initiatives at Bank of America and provided training and coaching to the bank’s affinity groups. Carlos joined Wachovia as the Vice President Diversity Recruiting Strategy for the General Banking Group. Since late 2008, Carlos took the role of Executive Diversity Recruiter for the Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement Services Group at Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has $1.3 trillion in assets and 282,000 team members across our 80+ businesses.

In 2011, Carlos has joined UHY Sandoval Aliaga to manage a satellite office in Weston, Florida to support our internationalclients launching operations in Peru and other countries in Latin America. He is the partner in charge of Management Consulting Services including Human Resources solutions.
