The four teenagers:-Steve Haines-Yvonne Auclaire-Michael Kraleck-Jodi Porter Employee at beer stand- Ed RiceCabin owners- Mr. and Mrs. Brown

The four teenagers attended the Bixby Frog Festival. At the festival, 2 beer stands were set up and the kids were able to easily buy beer from these stands without being questioned or asked for an ID. While under the influence heavily from the alcohol the teenagers made some poor decisions and drove under the influence. Although no one was injured then, the teenagers also made the poor decision to break and enter to a near by cabin. The four teenagers got carried away and stole more alcohol from the cabin and vandalized the property.
