ies Music Together is an internationally recognized early childhood music and movement

program for children from birth to kindergarten and the grown ups who love them.Share the delight of making music in these joy-filled, research-based classes! Infants, toddlers and preschoolers participate at their own developmental level, sharing songs, instrument play, rhythmic rhymes and movement activities in a relaxed, playful, non-performance-oriented setting. Classes are mixed-age so siblings can participate together. Music Together classes are based on the recognition that all children are musical. They can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat and participate with confidence, provided that their early environment supports such learning. This curriculum supports children’s overall development—their cognitive, social, physical, verbal and music development. Receive an illustrated songbook filled with music-making ideas and two new CD’s—one for home and one for on-the-go or grandma’s house. Infants under eight months on the first day of the session are free with a paying sibling. The cut off birth date for infant siblings to be free of charge is Jan. 22, 2013. Visit a FREE demonstration class before the fall session starts to find out if Music Together is a good fit for your family.

For more information or specific questions about the classes, call or e-mail director Clarice Auluck-Wilson at 651-439-4219, or [email protected], or visit www.MusicTogetherClasses.com. Kettlebell Basics/ClubIn this 45 minute class, you will learn proper kettlebell technique for common maneuvers such as the Swing, Clean, Press, Snatch, Goblet Squat and more. Each week the class will be divided up between technique training and using those skills in a workout. The kettlebell is a cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle, used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Invented in Russia and used for decades by strongmen, kettlebells offer users a wider range of motion than dumbbells that sit in the palm of the hand, and they also better simulate the way we carry things in our daily lives. Kettlebell training is accessible and practical for all. From the elite athlete to those looking to discover fitness for the first time, and everyone in between. It truly transforms your body. Class is performed barefoot, bring water bottle. Class is taught by experienced and HKC Certified Instructors from QC Dance Studio. Max 10.
