Repair performance
Sky climbersÜlke Energy is active in the �eld of sky climbers that are used for mainte-nance and repair of rotor blades for wind turbines. These sky climbers are available to both the pitch and stall turbines. Because of their unique design, our sky climbers are also capable of doing maintenance and repairs on rotor blades of lattice towers and towers with antennas.
Structural damages like sti�eners, dismounting/mounting and transport damages,Replacement and/or repair of all aerodynamic parts and tip cable systems.
We can o�er an inspection for a possible disbalance and a blade angle measurement to see if there is a possible deviation. After the measurement we can repair the possible disbalance and perform the adjustment of the blade angle deviation.
We have various sky climbers:
• Four pitch/stall combined sky climbers suitable for up to 3 MW turbines• A pitch sky climber suitable for up to 3 MW turbines• Two stall sky climber suitable for all stall turbines up to 1.5 MW• A small sky climber suitable for inspection and cleaning of the turbine
