    What do I need to do to use my

    Blackberry with Microsoft Outlook?Please complete the following in the order

    listed below:

    Back up your Blackberry Login to Microsoft Outlook

    Sync up Calendar with Outlook (start slide 3)

    Calendar Sync Process

    Step 1: Double-clickon the Intellisyncicon

    Step 2: Click onConfigure PIM

    Step 3: The Configurationwindow will pop up

    Step 4: Click on Choose

    Step 5: Click on MS Outlook

    under the AvailableTranslation heading

    Step 6: Click on Synchronizeunder the Operation heading

    Step 7: Make sure thatthe Folder Name box

    contains your name

    Step 8: Click OK

    Step 9: Make sure thatyour calendar is now

    going to sync with MSOutlook

    Step 10: Click on theConfigure drop downbutton

    Step 11: SelectAdvanced Settings

    Step 12: Under theDate Range tab select

    Transfer only FutureItems (may alreadybe selected bydefault).

    Step 13: Click OK

    Step 14: Click OK tocomplete the

    Configuration process

    Step 15: ClickSynchronize Now

    The Calendar sync process will run within the Intellisyncapplication between your Blackberry and MS Outlook

    Step 16: In MSOutlook click on the

    Calendar button

    Step 17: You will

    see the Day viewwith the duplicate

    entries from the

    sync process

    Step 18: On theCalendar window

    pane Right Click tobring up the shortcutmenu

    Step 19: SelectAdvanced Find from

    the list

    Step 20: You aresearching within your

    Calendar, with aSearch for the word{G}

    Step 21: Click FindNow

    Step 22: A list of allthe calendar items

    with a {G} in thesubject line willappear in the results

    window

    *Notice the number of

    items found

    Step 23: Select all ofthe items in the list by

    clicking on the firstone and holding downthe shift key click on

    the last one in entirelist.

    Step 24 Click Deleteafter all the calendar

    items have beenselected

    Then close the

    Advanced Findwindow

    Step 25: All of the calendar items with a {G} in thesubject line have been removed when you have

    returned to your calendar

    Step 26: Open up theIntellisync application

    for your Blackberry

    Step 27: Click on theSynchronize Now

    button

    Step 28: During the syncprocess you will be

    prompted with a windowConfirm CalendarDeletions which willshow that it is going to

    remove the entries fromyour Blackberry that weredeleted within MSOutlook

    Click on the Detailsbutton for moreinformation

    You will see that it

    is only deleting items

    with a {G} in the subject

    line

    Then click the Closebutton

    Step 29: Click onAccept to continue

    with the process

    Upon Completion of the Synchronizationprocess your Blackberry and MS Outlook will

    contain the same information without duplicate

    entries

    The process to sync up your address book

    works in the same manner, however, sinceeveryone does something different with their

    Blackberry Address book individual assistancecan be provided
