ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1Mount locking casters (F) and casters (G) to base (A). Locking casters (F) can be mounted to the rear (as shown) or front. Tighten with wrench (Z3).

STEP 2Assemble lower pole (L) to base using carriage bolt (M), washer (S) and nut (N). Secure with M6x12 screws (P) using 4mm Allen wrench (Z1), then slide plastic cover (D) over the top of the pole (L).

STEP 3Remove the attached spacer from the lower end of Pole (K) and insert small plastic sleeve (V). Reattach spacer. Assemble upper pole (K) to lower pole (L) by aligning holes on the sides, and secure using long bolts (R), washers (S) and nuts (N). Tighten using 4mm Allen wrench (Z1) and crescent wrench (Z3).

STEP 4

Assemble clamp bracket (E) to CPU holder (I) using M6x6 screws (O) and 4mm Allen wrench (Z1).

STEP 5

Remove nuts from CPU holder (I) and separate halves. Set washers aside.

STEP 6Mount CPU holder (I) to lower pole (L) using clamp (J), plastic sleeve halves (W) and M6x16 screws (Q). The clamp MUST be assembled with plastic sleeve halves to properly secure to pole (L). Tighten with 4mm Allen wrench (Z1).

STEP 7

Clip large plastic sleeve (C) into pole mount bracket of keyboard tray (B) as shown. Slide keyboard tray (B) onto upper pole (K) and tighten with knobs on the back and side. Make sure the bump on (C) and the bolt hole on (B) are matched in alignment. Place mouse pad (U) on preferred side of tray (B).

STEP 8

Reassemble CPU holder using knobs (X) and previously removed washers. Thread “T” end of CPU straps (T) through slots in CPU holder (I) as shown, making sure the clips on the straps (T) are facing away from the center of the holder (I).

STEP 9Slide monitor VESA mount (H) onto pole and secure at desired height using 5mm Allen wrench (Z2). Attach cable clips (Y) to pole (K).

STEP 10

Remove top screw from monitor VESA mounting plate (H) using 4mm Allen wrench (Z1).

STEP 11

Adjust CPU holder (I) to fit the width of your CPU tower. Thread ends of CPU straps (T) through the inside of the slots, through the plastic clips, then through the security clips. Place CPU tower in holder (I), tighten straps (T), and lock in place with security clips. Slide lower cable clip down if desired.

STEP 12Option A: Flat Back Monitor Mount VESA plate (H) to monitor using one of the screw (M-A or M-C) and/or washer (M-E) combinations shown.

STEP 13

Option B: Curved Back Monitor Mount VESA plate (H) to monitor using one of the screw (M-B, M-D)/washer (M-E)/spacer (M-F) combinations shown.

Slide monitor with VESA plate (H) onto monitor mount and secure with previously removed screw.
