Four more days until Spring Break! This is an excel- lent time to apply this week’s tip. When you are away from school, it is a good idea to post on “away” message, which you can do through Outlook. 1. Click the File tab, and then click the Info tab in the menu. 2. Click Automatic Replies (Out of Office). 3. Select Send Automatic Replies check box. 4. Specify a date range. 5. Click OK. 6. In the Inside my Organization tab, type the message the you want to send within Bishop Lynch. In the Outisde my Organization tab, type the message that you want to send outside BL. 7. As long as you have specified a date range, the feature will end when the End Time in Step 4 is reached. 8. Have a fun and relaxing Spring Break 2016. Free Graphing Calculator: I know, we don’t want them using their phones as calculators. But, this one is AMAZING and does more than just do the math—it explains it! It does the usual functions in- cluding square root, cubed root, nth root, natural log, log base 10, absolute value, factorial, nPr, nCr, modulus, random integer, bell curve, cumulative normal distributions and so much more!
