Subparagraph 2 (f) of “Montreal decision”Request by the COP/MOP to the JISC to- develop guidance on criteria for baseline setting and

monitoring- including provisions for SSC projects as defined under

the CDM, as appropriate

Third meeting of the JISCRequest to the secretariat to develop, in consultation with selected JISC members/alternate members,- draft provisions for JI SSC projects and- a draft JI SSC PDD form

Contents:

• Definition of JI SSC projects in line with the definition ofCDM SSC project activities

• Provisions on debundling• Provisions on bundling of JI SSC projects• Specific provisions for JI SSC projects in the project cycle:

• JI SSC PDD form• Baseline setting and monitoring• Determination• Verification

Main difference to the CDM approach:

No limitation on bundling as long as single projects conform to the definitions of JI SSC projects
