the flexibility to deal with any size production run.

assembly solutions to customers not only in New Zealand,

but to a growing export market.

PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

Using the latest machinery, methodologies and training

programmes, BJC are able to process cost effectively

and achieve repeatability in its processes. From complex

electromechanical harness assemblies to simple lead

wires or jumper leads, BJC has the capabilities, experience

and materials to accommodate most assembly

specifications. We use Komax, Mecal, Cosmic and Cable

Eye technologies which enable us to monitor and record

From Design, Production/Process and Maintenance

Engineering we have the resources and talent to tackle

most challenges, simple or complex. We have combined

knowledge within the engineering team of over 100

years to draw from, along with our production staff who

are proactive in manufacturing techniques and ideas.

Our engineering team interpret customer’s electrical

requirements and translate them into our own in house

manufacturing documentation. This ensures that all products

are manufactured in accordance to customer specifications

and our ISO accredited standard practices. It also standardises

our documentation which aids in staff training.

COMPONENT AND CABLE SOURCING

BJC stock a large range of cable and components from

the world’s premier suppliers: Deutsch, Tyco, Molex, JST,

Hirose, Sumitomo, Amphenol, Yazaki to name a few. Any

parts we do not stock can be sourced quickly and cost

effectively utilising our extensive supplier network.

component sourcing resulting in

WIRE HARNESSING

BJC can provide wire harnessing solutions ranging from

simple cut and strip through to multi connector complex

harness assemblies. Our harnesses are used by consumers

in both commercial and home electronics including a

variety of industries like automotive, medical, military,

marine and telecommunications.

SOLUTIONS

FULL ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS

We offer this service to customers who don’t want to get

weighed down with inventory supply and maintenance

logistics, manufacturing and production systems.
