Flexible Paper Handling

The bizhub 40P fulfils a wide range of office printing requirements

All trays can handle up to 216 g/m² paper Excellent for invoices, orders, packing lists, labels and much more

There is the option for an offset stacker to extend the

output capacity by 500 sheets and get sorting capability

USP - PageScope Direct Print Application

PageScope Direct Print is an application which can send PDF, JPEG and TIFF files directly to your printer and print

It is not necessary to open Adobe Acrobat and heavy TIFF or JPEG files – simply drag and drop to the desk top icon or a Windows hot folder

The results are reduced traffic load and increased productivity You can set-up the printer per hot folder or desktop icon or even “sent to”

within Windows.

For this function HDD or Compact Flash Card is required!

USP - Secure Printing

Print & Hold All copies of a job sent to the printer are printed print job is held on the printer’s HDD for printing additional copies
