EASTER BIRD NESTS 1 tbsp (15 mL) unsalted butter, for greasing the muffin pan6 oz (170 g) Ghirardelli semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips6 oz (170 g) Hersheys Chipits butterscotch chips1 cup (250 mL) Nuts to You creamy peanut butter6 oz (170 g) Golden Dragon steam fried noodles36 mini Cadbury eggs

generously grease a muffin tin with butter (trust us, youll thank us later). In a microwave-friendly bowl, heat the butterscotch and chocolate chips in 20- to 30-second intervals until just melted. The chips will hold their shape, so make sure to give the mixture a quick stir to see how things are going. once melted, mix in the peanut butter until completely combined. gently mix in the noodles with a spatula until all the noodles are covered in the chocolate mixture. Pack a spoonful of the noodles into each muffin form, making a little well with the back of a spoon. chill in the fridge until set (1 hr). carefully remove the nests from the tin and top with a few Cadbury eggs.
