How to Migrate Data from Bitrix24 to Solve360


Migration Setup1. Initiate Migration to Bitrix24

1. Go to Bitrix24 app web page and press ‘Install’ button.

2. Provide your Bitrix24 URL in the corresponding field.





3. Click ‘Install’ to add the application to your Bitrix24 account.




Migration Setup2. Create your accountVisit app.data2crm.com and register your Data2CRM account. Provide your name, email, choose the password and specify your phone number.

Migration Setup3. Specify Source CRM

Select your CRM type, in this case choose Bitrix24 and provide your URL.




Migration Setup3. Specify Source CRM• In case, you aren’t signed in your account, you will be redirected to

Bitrix24.

• After pressing the ‘Log In’ button, you will be redirected to the migration wizard.




Migration Setup4. Specify Target CRM

Select your CRM type, in this case choose Solve360. Provide your URL, email and API token.

• To find your API token, login in your Solve360 account.

• In the right corner of page layout you will find More button. Click on it and select My Account.

• Then in the My Account menu click on API token, copy and paste the API key into the corresponding field of migration wizard.




Migration Setup5. Select Migration Options

Check the boxes to activate the followingmigration options:

• Account• Contact• Task• Opportunity




Migration Setup6. Start Demo MigrationNow, start your Demo Migration. Data2CRM moves up a limited amount of records from all specified modules for you to see how the service works.

Note. You can skip this step and start Full migration right away




Migration Setup7. Start Full CRM Migration

Proceed with the CRM data migration to Solve360.

After you start the full migration,your Bitrix24 data will be

moved directly to Solve360.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as

the transfer is complete.




Migration Setup8. Full Migration Is CompleteCongratulations! Now you may check up the result of migration and enjoy your new Highrise software.
