Context - Site history

Site viewed from St Mary's Gardens post-war 1895 Ordnance Survey map showing terraced houses occupying the current site

• The development site previously accommodated a small row of terraced houses built at the same time as the surrounding estate.

• Following bomb damage, the site was cleared before housing a number of pre-fab homes and then the current garages.
