HALLIE LOVE AT SHÁNAH SPA Guests and City Club members alike have enjoyed Hallie’sunique and therapeutic teaching methods for fifteen yearsat the Bishop’s Lodge. They comment all the time abouttheir “feel great” Yoga and Pilates experiences in Hallie’sclasses. One guest recently wrote, “My class with Halliewas fantastic! I felt immediate relaxation and identifiedgoals for future yoga work,” Jackie DeVoe, 2014 NERAConference guest. Hallie is nationally certified in YogaTherapy, Pilates, and Positive Psychology. She teachesdeep relaxation, therapeutic body alignments, and coremovements that free the body and mind from rigidity andpain in her Yoga and Pilates classes. We are very pleasedto announce some of Hallie’s recent accomplishments.Her book, Yoga for Lawyers - Mind-Body Techniques toFeel Better All the Time, was published by the AmericanBar Association, 2014. She also trains teachersinternationally in Yoga and Pilates.
