Have we ever had the thought that maybe WE unknowingly create our own stress.
This interactive afternoon will look at the impact of stress on our mental and emotional health as well as how the dis-ease in our minds impacts on our emotions, & physical bodies. We will explore and experience the benefits of mindfulness and meditation and have an opportunity to learn about & practise Emotional Freedom Technique. We will also have an opportunity to step back and reflect on what works well for us and also what may be helpful to change. The aim is to keep things Light, Relaxed and Fun.
Jackie Bradford has a background in psychology and has worked with children and families for over 20 years. She is also a Qualified Emotional Technique Practitioner.

Business is booming at our village Post Office/Stores and Butchers.This month’s Community News article happened quite by chance. I popped into Bishop’s Hull Butcher’s at lunchtime for a hot pasty and got chatting with proprietors Tim and Lin Pope.
Noticing how busy the village post office was next door, I asked how the business in general was going.
Both Tim and Lin were very pleased with the increased footfall and turnover in the Butcher’s and the Post Office/Shop.
They said that the loyalty of customers from the village was fantastic and they’d like to thank you all for your continued support.
Interestingly, they also have a lot of clients from outside Bishop’s Hull, with many coming from far and wide because of the excellent reputation the couple have for selling meats of the highest quality.
If you’ve not yet visited Bishop’s Hull Butcher’s or the village Post Office and Stores, I’d strongly recommend that you do.
Not only is there quality fresh and cooked meat at the butcher’s, the village shop offers bread, dairy produce, groceries, fruit and vegetables, with free local delivery. They also sell newspapers.

All persons registered as electors in the Parish of Bishop’s Hull, who have the opportunity to raise any local concerns they have and/or matters they wish to see progressed in the next twelve months. They will also be entitled to vote on any proposal put forward at the meeting.
