The Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership at the USF Muma College of Business is a center that empowers ethical leadership through a trust-based model. Trust creates a healthy environment for both organizations and individuals to thrive.

The Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership is proud to contribute to the ambitious and important vision of the Muma College of Business – to transform minds and transform business. Vital to that transformation, and any change really is the study and application of effective and ethical leadership. Trust matters to this endeavor. To that end, the center curates research and best practices in trust-based ethical leadership and embeds those concepts into courses, developmental programs, and events for USF students, working professionals, and the business community in Tampa Bay. -David O’Neill & Tony Kong

MENTORSHIP FORWARD - WOMEN AND LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE
14 FEMALE GRADUATE MUMA COLLEGE OF BUSINESS STUDENTS 75% WOMEN OF COLOR
Marina Baronas, a mentee in the program, recently accepted a role as the director of Restaurant Operations at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans as a direct outcome of the resume-building workshop and program director, Lisa Yacso.
“Mentorship Forward has allowed me to be a part of a great group of professional women striving to grow and break the glass ceiling of the corporate world,” Baronas said. “The ‘I’m Speaking’ series was incredibly insightful and allowed me to understand different perspectives of micro-aggressions at work, gender and racial biases, and much more.”
