Oliveira students participate in Get Moving activities, including runs and walks sponsored by various organizations throughout the year. Our campus sponsored the 1st Annual Dolphin Dash in March 2014 to encourage school and community involvement.

Our parent liaison hosts monthly parent meetings to provide information about district programs and services. In addition, several community outreach programs, such as a Canned Food Drive and a Toy Drive are coordinated by the NJHS sponsor and the Community in Schools Coordinator.

Our campus has four counselors, including an At-Risk counselor, to provide individual guidance to students. Through the use of our computer labs and online programs, students are able to practice their math and reading skills to become successful learners. After school academic tutorials provide additional support.

Our ELL students receive supplement academic support by utilizing ESL computer assisted intervention software. Our students are provided with cultural awareness experiences by participation in classroom activities and events such as Charro Days.
