    GENERAL SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION

    o There will be a coaches meeting for all coaches at 745amo Tournament Play will begin at 8:00am and finish at approximately 5:00 pm.

    o Entry fee of 3000 baht per team is due upon check-in at the Tournament. A receipt will begiven to you on the day of the tournament.

    o Rosters are due to Mike Balo by Monday 22nd

    April, 2013. Send them to [email protected] Food and drinks will be available at BPS Snack Bar and we will have a coaches roomo Medical personnel will be on site for injuries and emergencies.

    o Please note warm ups will be limited. Court 3 will be open for warm ups throughout the

    day.

    I. RULES

    A. Rule Book:

    B. Ground Rules

    The games will be governed by ground rules as instituted by the host school.

    C. General Rules

    1. Net HeightsNET HEIGHTS

    2. Number of Participantsa. Minimum of 6 players. If you have less than 6 at any point, you must forfeit the match.

    b. Maximum of 12 players for the tournament. However, a team can have more than 12

    players throughout the season.

    c. 2 coaches

    3. Liberos can be changed for each match. (not set to set)4. Sets:best of three; first to 25, max score 27. Third set to 15; must win by at least two

    points (no maximum score in 3rd set).

    5. Semi finals & finals - also best of 3

    II. RULE EXCEPTIONS

    1. Service in U13 Volleyball:Automatic rotation after five consecutive service points won.Team maintains possession.

    2. All other normal rules apply (former exceptions no longer apply)

    3. Tie Breaker

    In the case of a points tie the following criteria will be used to break the tie:

    1.

    Head to head result.2. In the case of a draw or multi-way tie the following shall be applied to break the tie:

    3. Sets differential exclusively involving tied teams only;

    4. Points against, exclusively involving tied teams only;

    5. Points differential involving all teams;

    6. Points for involving all teams;

    7. Once the first tie-break in a multi-way tie has been resolved, additional ties will be

    resolved in the same format using the same sequence of procedures beginning with, 1.

    head to head result;

    8. If all the above can not resolve the tie the positions shall be shared.

    III. SUBSTITUTION

    Refer toFIVB rules.

    IV. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

    The number and source of officials is to be determined by the host school. However, there must
