GENERAL INFORMATION

o Entry fee of 3000 baht Cash or Check (payable to Ruamrudee International School).o Rosters due to Gerry Steiert Monday Oct 28tho Water available court-side. Bring water bottles.o Refreshments available for sale in several locations.o Medical personnel are on site for injuries and emergencies, not taping.o RIS is hosting SEASAC Division II Football on Godbout Turf Nov 1-3.

All F.I.B.A. rules and regulations are in force with the following variations:

Four quarters 8 minute running clockexcept for time outs & shooting fouls. 1 min stop clock for the first 3 periods and 2 min. stop clock in the last quarter. No more than 12 players and a minimum of 8 players. 2 points for a win 1 for a loss. Half-time 5 minutes, 2 minutes between quarters; 1 time out per quarter; Games tied at the end of regulation play: 2 min break then a 2 min OT Period Subsequent periods of overtime will continue until there is a winner. Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd; Champions also receive traveling trophy.

TIE BREAKING FOR ROUND-ROBIN RANKING

In the case of a points tie the following criteria will be used to break the tie:

Head to head result Points differential exclusively involving tied teams only. Points against, exclusively involving tied teams only. Points for, exclusively involving tied teams only. Points differential involving all teams. Points against, involving all teams. Points for involving all teams. Once the first tie-break in a multi-way tie has been resolved, additional ties will be

resolved in the same format using the same sequence of procedures beginning withhead to head result.
