Company Profile and Vision In 1987, the late Mr. Moti Miron established B.I.S. Software Systems Ltd., and served as the company’s CTO. In this role, he developed Net-Pass™, a breakthrough technology for mainframe application access that until today continues to be integrated by multinational corporations and organizations around the world.

Mr. Dani Glazman, our current CTO, has many years of experience in successful program and project management, software development, and technical support. Mr. Glazman manages all software projects and integrated embedded systems for the company, and has a multitude of networking experience, and a deep understanding of programming, process management, cloud computing, and applications integration.

Mr. Eliran Sheraz, our VP of Sales and Business Development, brings more than 15 years of experience to BIS, as well as a deep knowledge of technical and business concepts related to telecom, big data, mobile, and more. Eliran’s role at BIS includes - among other things – managing the company’s sales and marketing activities, C-level negotiations, and general business, client, and partner development.

BIS has continued to develop innovations that have set the standards in systems communication technology for over 25 years. BIS’ flagship CloudIUSTM product family for CSPs, ISPs, MSPs, and enterprise environments is the model for that innovative culture. CloudIUS delivers an online backup software solution for telecoms, in a manner that preserves the value of corporate data and ensures secure access to uploaded data from anywhere in the world.

In October 2011, we were recognized for our efforts by winning first prize at the Cisco Systems/AT&T global competition for CIUS B2B devices. And in April 2014, we won the Red Herring Europe’s “Top 100” of cutting edge companies and technologies in the European region.
