Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in a DST funded
project titled Statistical Mechanics of Biopolymers in Confined Geometry
under Prof. Navin Singh, Department of Physics, BITS, Pilani.
• Essential Qualification: M. Sc. in Physics with minimum 60% marks/ 6.0
CGPA. It is desirable that candidate should have sound mathematical back-
ground and good academic record. Selected candidate may get the accommo-
dation in the campus and may be admitted to Ph.D. program of the Institute.
Knowledge of programming language such as C/C++ or Fortran is desired.
• Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/- per month (For NET/GATE qualified candidate).
For others as per UGC/DST norms.
• Duration: Three years or completion of the project whichever is earlier.
