Carefully scrape down the sides of the pail with a spatula or trowel and mix for a further 2 minutes. Once mixed the adhesive must be applied and the BIOCLAD PVC Sheet affixed within its pot life. Application: Apply the mixed BIOCLAD to the substrate or to the reverse of the BIOCLAD PVC sheet with a scraper or notched trowel. Present the BIOCLAD PVC sheet to the wall and press firmly to ensure the two substrates are in contact. The adhesive will cure sufficiently to permit handling after 6 hours; However, full cure will not be achieved for 24 hours.
