JULIE ROBERTS Since 2009, I have been the local President in YVR, I have enjoyed every second of it, but am ready to pass on my legacy to the next generation... I feel that in the last four years, I have given my all to our YVR base. I have worked closely with members and inflight management, I have trained our local executive members and many committee members. I have bargained our most recent collective agreement and have done countless other things that would take pages of print to display. I love union work and always have the best intentions at heart for our membership. It is important for me and for our local that you keep me involved on the executive for your benefit. Both my levels of knowledge and experience are very high. I have always been a strong advocate for honesty, and fairness. I have provided numerous representations for members and won many grievances in YVR. I have assisted crew members with unusual situations on many occasions, regardless of the time of day. It is in the best interest of all our members to keep me as your local VP. I am looking forward to continuing our important work and look forward to working with the new executive of our CUPE Local 4078.
