Present Major activities in GBPEC Pauri Garhwal :
1. After successful completion of TEQIP Phase II now MHRD Wing NPIU New
Delhi allowed GBPEC Pauri Garhwal to go under Phase III ( 2017 March to 2022
March ) . I have developed the Enabling mechanism for TEQIP phase III which
have the clear objective of making student employable .
2. Implemented the new teaching pedagogy in teaching and learning methodology
in theory and lab classes . Lecture cap system have been installed in all class rooms
and will record all the lectures and will be available on line for students through
their user id on college website . This is useful for both faculty and students as
faculty can improves the effectiveness of delivery of contents in delivered lecture
after review of lecture through lecture cap and students can view again and again
till they get satisfied their understanding about the subjects . This methodology will
measure the effectiveness in class room/lab learning .
3. Redefines the Vision / Mission Program Educational objectives and Program
objective for all departments through department assessment committee in view of
present scenario of Industries after taking the feedback from all stake holders .
4. Availability of course outcome of all theory and lab subjects for students . This
will create the better understanding of purpose of subject being taught and
students will have more interest in learning .
5. Established a center of excellence - CARE ( Center of Alternate and Renewable
Energy ) for college . This center caters the work related with renewable energy in
term of organizing workshop / seminar / conferences . The center have submitted

Uttrakhand where costly lab equipment on latest trends in technical education are
not available for students .This will enable the better learning of labs for students
who takes admission in colleges in remote area..
9. Established the work of E - Agriculture for nearby farmers through block level
network . This is essential to help nearby society for improving their livelihood.

Successfully received the approval to set up a business
Incubator centre under the scheme Support
for Entrepreneurial and Managerial
Development of SMEs through Incubators by
Ministry of Micro, Small, & Medium Enterprise.
The main objective of the scheme is to promote
emerging technological and knowledge-based
innovative ventures that seek the nurturing of
ideas from professionals beyond the traditional
activities of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises
(MSMEs). Such entrepreneurial ideas are to be
fostered and developed in a supportive
environment before they become attractive for
venture capital. Hence the need arises for incubation centers to promote and
support untapped creativity of individual innovators thereby assisting them to
become technology based entrepreneurs. It also seeks to promote networking
and forging of linkages with other constituents of the innovation chain for
commercialization of their development.
