bio-chem FT 200 is a phosphate-free, quick-drying cleanser. It is ready to use and therefore easy to use for cleaning and degreasing before painting. Because of the corrosion inhibitors contained a temporary corrosion protection is assured.

Chemical characterisation:

Waterbased alkaline cleaner with alcohol

Preparation is classified as non-hazardous in the sense of directive 1999/45/EG.

Recommended usage

- for cleaning and degreasing before the painting with

o conventional or waterbased paints as well as powder coatings

- to remove:

o processing oils

o corrosion protection oils

o light waxes

o abrasive dusts of rolling bearings

- as a substitute for

o solvent

o nitro dilutions

o cold cleaners

Usage

Ready to use

- spray, soak and wipe with a cloth

Disposal

Dispose of in compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations.

Take liquid to a sewage plant (consider pH-value).
