PRÉSIDENT DU COMITÉ ORGANISATIONNELDr. Mladen Ivanićmembre de la présidence de Bosnie-Herzégovine,

de la République Serbe et de la ville de Sarajevo EST, a été honoré d'accueillir cette année le 16ème Championnat du Monde de Pêche dans la discipline "pêche des carnassiers aux leurres artificiels du bord - SPIN ", une manifestation qui jouit d'une longue tradition et qui nourrit également l'esprit sportif et améliore les relations, entre amateurs de pêche, mais aussi entre les différents Etats y prenant part. En plus d'être parrainé par un élu du gouvernement, ce championnat s'inscrit comme le plus important événement sportif depuis les Jeux Olympiques d'hiver à Sarajevo. En tant que président du comité d'organisation du 16ème Championnat du monde de « pêche des carnassiers aux leurres artificiels du bord ", je suis fier qu'en Bosnie Herzégovine, la pêche sportive attire chaque année de plus en plus de passionnés. De fait, nous comptons maintenant quelques 150 associations (clubs de pêche) pour 40 000 membres actifs.

The significance of this Championship is shown by the fact that, after the 14th Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo, this Championship is one of the most important sports events in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As the President of the Organizing Committee of the 16th World Championship in the discipline "Carnivorous AB Shore - SPIN“ 2018, I am very pleased that sport fishing, year after year, gathering and attracting an increasing number of enthusiasts in this noble sport.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina are currently about 150 fishing clubs with 40 000 active members.

Chers amis pêcheurs,La Bosnie-Herzégovine a l'honneur d'être votre hôte pour ces 16ème championnat du monde de« pêche des carnassiers aux leurres artificiels du bord - SPIN », qui se tiendra du 23 au 27 mai 2018.

Notre Etat, organisateur de la dite compétition, compte environ 4 millions d'habitants provenant de différentes confessions religieuses et appartenances ethniques. Le pays est composé de deux entités ; la Fédération de Bosnie-Herzégovine et la République Serbe sans oublier « Brčko District » qui est rattaché à la première entité.Par le passé, nous avons organisés d'importants événements sportifs tels que:- Le 27ème championnat de clubs de pêche sportive, en 2007 à Capljina;- Le 16ème Championnat Européen de pêche à la mouche, tenu en 2010 à Banja Luka;- Le 15ème Championnat du Monde pour Invalides et - Le 6ème Championnat du Monde pour anciens combattants, tenue en 2013 à Capljina - Karaotok;- Le 35ème Championnat du Monde pêche à la mouche, tenu en 2015 à Jajce.

A ce jour, l'organisation des manifestations précitées a remporté un franc succès auprès des instances Officiels de ce sport tel que la FIPS.Je vous souhaite un agréable séjour dans notre pays, où vous attendent les plus beaux sentiers de la compétition qui se déroule au bord de la rivière ZELJEZNICA, à la fois limpide et tourmentée.C'est ainsi que nous espérons vous faire connaître notre belle ville, Sarajevo-Est et Sarajevo, ses habitants et les différentes coutumes, pour que vous puissiez emporter avec vous d'inoubliables souvenirs.

La Ville de Sarajevo-Est est la plus étendue de l'entité en termes de superficie. Elle compte 61 156 habitants ce qui la situe à la 5ème place de la République Serbe. C'est également la seule ville qui compte plusieurs municipalités ; Trnovo, Ilidza Est, Sarajevo Est la Vieille, Sarajevo Est Centre, Pale et Sokolac. Notre ville est située dans la partie centrale de la République Serbe avec une superficie totale de 1.425,77 km². D'un point de vue géographique, la région est catégorisée en vallées montagneuses. Les splendeurs qui l'entourent sont les montagnes olympiques de Jahorina, Bjelašnica, Igman, Trebević et Treskavica. La ville est traversée par les deux principaux axes routiers qui la relie à la Serbie et le Monténégro. The city of East Sarajevo is the largest city in the Republic of Srpska, has 61 156 citizens, and it is on the fifth place by the number of citizens in the Republic of Srpska. It is the only city in the Republic of Srpska that has several municipalities: Trnovo, East Ilidža, East New Sarajevo, East Old Town, Pale and Sokolac.

City of East Sarajevo is located in the central and eastern part of Republika Srpska with a total area of 1,425.77 km2.

The city span from the aspect of geographical regionalization belongs to the mountain - valley region. It is surrounding by the several mountain beauties: Jahorina, Bjelašnica, Igman, Trebević and Treskavica.

The nearest railway station is Sarajevo (6km), and Sarajevo International Airport is near by PRESS centre „Kula“ (2km).

In the city of East Sarajevo consist several religions and also a register of orthodox, catholic and islamic religious community.

By car: coming from the east direction: Budapest - Belgrade - Doboj - East Sarajevo. From the west: Ljubljana - Zagreb - Slavonski Brod - Doboj - east Sarajevo

By train: arrival from the east direction: Budapest - Belgrade - Doboj - Sarajevo or arrival from the west: Ljubljana - Zagreb - Doboj - Sarajevo. The train station is in Sarajevo 8 kilometers from the press center KULA.

By plane: Sarajevo International Airport is in the vicinity (500 meters) of the KULA press center and all other events.

Les 16èmes championnats du monde de " pêche des carnassiers aux leurres artificiels du bord " se dérouleront sur la rivière ZELJEZNICA, Sarajevo-Est.La position naturelle de la rivière se situe en montagne. Les rives sont d'aspect naturel, truffée d'une végétation riche et en terrain rocailleux. Su ivant les condi t ions météoro log iques , d'importantes variations de niveau d'eau y sont possibles, car celle-ci est positionnée aux pieds des massifs montagneux Treskavica et Bjelašnica.La rivière Zeljeznica se trouve à une altitude de 600 mètres et sa largeur varie entre 10 à 20 mètres. La température de l'eau au mois de Mai oscille entre 8 et 10 ° C.La Zeljeznica, aux abords ornées de genévrier, est riche en Truite et quelques poissons Ombres.La saison de pêche débute au 1er mars et se termine au 1er octobre 2018.

16th World Championship in the discipl ine "Carnivorous AB Shore - SPIN“ 2018, will be held at the river Željeznica in the city of East Sarajevo.

The natural position of the river Željeznica is in the mountainous area. The shores are natural shape with rich vegetation and stony coast. Depending on the weather conditions, large oscillations in the water level of the river are possible because of the Treskavica and Bjelašnica mountain massifs. The altitude is 600 meters and the width of the river is 10-20 meters. Water temperature in May is an average of 8-10 degrees.

River is rich with brown trout, with smaller quantities of grayling and hucho hucho.

The fishing season lasts from March 1 to October 1, 2018.

Tous les membres de la FIPSed peuvent participer au 16ème championnat du monde dans la discipline " pêche des carnassiers aux leurres artificiels du bord - SPIN".

Le championnat du monde est organisé par l'Association de pêche sportive de Bosnie-Herzégovine.

Lors de l'inscription, toutes les équipes doivent fournir à l'organisateur le drapeau et l'hymne de leur pays.

Pendant la compétition officielle, les participants seront déchargés des exigences du permis de pêche. Ceux qui souhaitent pêcher dans les parties libres de la rivière devraient obtenir le permis de pêche approprié. L'acquisition de la licence se fait auprès de l'association de pêche sportive "Željeznica", téléphone : 00387 65 987 524 (Igor Vržic).

La taxe de pêche journalière s'élève à 10 €.Nous vous rappelons que vous ne pourrez pas pêcher librement sur les parties de la rivière prévues pour la compétition entre le 01.05.2018 et ce jusqu'à l'entraînement officiel du 25.05.2018.L'entraînement officiel du 25 mai 2018 sera accessible aux seuls participants, soit cinq membres par équipes inscrites.

Sport F ish ing Assoc iat ion of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the organizer of the 16th World Championship in the discipline "Carnivorous AB Shore - SPIN" 2018.

During the registration all teams must submitt their national anthem and national flag.

During the official competition competitors will not have to pay a fishing license.

All participants, who want to fish in free parts of the river, must have the appropriate fishing licenses. Fishing licenses you may by at the Sport Fishing Association "Željeznica".

Price for daily fishing license is € 10,00.

Free fishing is not allowed on the competition venue.

In the period from May 1, 2018, until the official training on May 25, 2018, on the part of the River Željeznica where the World Championship will be held, fishing will be forbidden.

Official training, that will be held on May 25, 2018., will be able to access only registered competitors, 5 competitors from each registered representation.
