Until further notice, anyone attending an event at Ralph Wilson Stadium will be subject to a voluntary security inspection, administered by a screener prior to gate entry. Guests who appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the stadium.

To limit the potential wait time you could experience with gate entry, we have a few suggestions:

Bus ParkingThe cost for bus parking is: $60.00. The Bus Parking (Highlander) Lot is

At this time any remaining buses in the lot will be required to exit the parking lot. Please notify your passengers and inform them to make appropriate plans to ensure their bus does not leave without them. Some delays can be expected entering and leaving the lot due to traffic.

Comfort StationThe Bills bathhouse facility is located adjacent to the Camper Lot. The facility has showers, restrooms, and changing areas for all guests the weekend of each home game. Hours:

Game Day: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PMDay Before Game: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Posted hours are for a 1:00 PM Sunday game. Hours are subject to change. Please call 1-877-BB-TICKS for confirmation.

Driving Directions Please allow for sufficient driving time, taking into consideration traffic and construction along major roadways. (Tune to AM 1610 for updated construction information)

FROM PEACE BRIDGE (CANADA) Head south on Intrastate 190 to Interstate 90 West, follow to Exit 55 (Route 219). Exit Route 219 on the Milestrip Road West Exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go to the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium. -OR- Head south on Intrastate 190 to Route 5, follow Route 5 to Route 179 (Milestrip Road). Take Route 179 East to Abbott Road (6th signal light). Make right turn onto Abbott Road, and head south to the stadium.

FROM ROCHESTER OR EAST Take Interstate 90 West to Exit 55 (Route 219). Exit Rote 219 on the Milestrip Road West Exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go to the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium.

FROM ERIE, PA & SOUTHWEST NEW YORK Take Interstate 90 East to Exit 57, and bear right heading west from tollbooth to Route 20. Make a right on Route 20 heading east to the stadium.-OR- Take Interstate 90 East to Exit 56 (Route 179) Milestrip Road. Make a left on Route 179, and including the signal after the toll, proceed to the 5th signal and make a right turn onto Abbott Road. Follow Abbott Road to the stadium.

FROM SOUTHERN EXPRESSWAY Take Route 219 North to exit Route 20A West. Follow Route 20A to the stadium approximately one mile west.

FROM BUFFALO AIRPORT Head straight out of airport and proceed through light onto Route 33 West, which will lead you to the Interstate 90. Take Interstate 90 West to Exit 55 (Route 219). Exit Route 219 on Milestrip Road West exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go the the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium.

Limousine ParkingThe cost for limousine parking is: $60.00. The limousine parking spaces in Lot C (4 Runner) are filled on a first-come, first-served basis; there are no reserved spots. If a limousine arrives after all the spots are full, they will be directed across Abbott Road to the Bus Parking (Highlander) Lot.

Parking Code of Conduct The parking lots at Ralph Wilson Stadium are for the convenience and enjoyment of stadium guests. The Bills allow tailgating in most parking lots. There is no tailgating allowed in the Administrative Lot, Training Center Lot, Tunnel Lot, Lot 6, and Lot G. Stadium Management asks that you clean up your area before entering the stadium to watch the game so it’s safe for you and others. Bring trash bags with you to dispose of your trash. Neatly tied trash bags can be left at your tailgate area or be taken to one of the green dumpsters located in the parking lot areas. Please refrain from leaving loose trash and litter in the parking lots Every effort is made to create a fan friendly environment that is safe for all to enjoy. Our fans play a large role in this. In order to maintain a safe and fun environment, the Bills ask that all fans follow directions given by Allpro Parking, Stadium Management, Police, and Security Personnel. They are there to assist you and make parking safe and convenient for everyone. If a guest needs immediate assistance or sees a potential problem within their area, please call the Game Day Fan Hotline at (716) 312-8933. In the event of a parking lot emergency please call 9-1-1.The Erie County Sheriff’s Office, the Orchard Park Police Department, and APEX Security will continually patrol the lots to ensure that those who do not adhere to the parking guidelines and/or participate in activities that create an unsafe environment will be held responsible and may have their parking and ticket purchasing privileges revoked.

Parking Hours & RatesStadium parking lots open five (5) hours before kickoff and close approximately two (2) hours after the game. No exceptions will be made for early arrival or guests who already have parking permits. All spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No paneled or windowless vans or trucks will be permitted in any Ralph Wilson Stadium Parking Lot.RATES Prices vary per vehicle and lot:

Special Needs Parking/TransportationDesignated handicap/disabled parking is available in Lot A (Sienna), Lot B (Tacoma), Lot C (4-Runner), and Lot D (Matrix). Handicap parking permits are available through state or town government offices. The Buffalo Bills DO NOT issue these permits. Proper plates or permits are required for access to handicap/disabled parking lots. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Taxi Service For the safety and convenience of our fans a taxi stand, operated by Liberty Cab, will be located in Lot C, near Abbott Road. Liberty Cab, in cooperation with the Buffalo Bills, will provide taxi cab transportation from the stadium to those fans in need of a ride. The Buffalo Bills and Liberty Cab are also proud to present the

stop by the security office closest to Gate 8 to inquire about this service.

97 Rock Tailgate ZoneFans can enjoy this pre-game activity in Lot 2 (Corolla) across from Ralph Wilson Stadium. The 97 Rock Tailgate Zone features live music, select

entertainment area is open five (5) hours prior to kickoff.

Game Day ExperienceThe Game Day Experience is the largest indoor tailgate party in the NFL. Entertainment, food, interactive games, exhibit and display areas give fans a unique way to start their game day. Doors to the Fieldhouse open 3 ½ hours prior to kickoff for select regular season games. Admission is free of charge to the public. 97 Rock broadcasts the Official Buffalo Bills pre-game shows live from within the Fieldhouse. The Fieldhouse is not open after games or prior to pre-season games.

TailgatingTailgating is permitted in most stadium parking lots. There is no tailgating permitted in the Administrative Lot, Training Center Lot, Tunnel Lot, Lot 6, and Lot G. Stadium parking lots open five (5) hours before a game and close approximately two (2) hours following a game. Vehicles may occupy ONLY ONE parking space. Additional spaces may be purchased depending upon availability. For everyone to enjoy the tailgating experience, guests are asked to follow these guidelines:

Bag PolicyAll bags brought in Ralph Wilson Stadium are subject to a visual inspection. Guests attending events at Ralph Wilson Stadium are encouraged to enter the facility carrying the fewest items possible. For those guests who elect to carry additional items into the stadium, the following bag policy will be strictly adhered to:

EntrancesRalph Wilson Stadium has nine (9) main entry gates. Designated entrances for premium seat ticket holders are located next to Gate 2, Gate 4, and Gate 7. Guests with tickets for the Seneca Club are asked to enter the stadium through the Administration Building. All entrances at Ralph Wilson Stadium are accessible for guests with disabilities. All event tickets are accepted at each of the nine main gates. Guests who appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the stadium.

Gates Ralph Wilson Stadium gates open 1 ½ hours before kickoff. For your convenience and to ease gate congestion we recommend that all patrons arrive at the gates early to ensure you are in your seat on time.

Each guest entering Ralph Wilson Stadium should hold his or her ticket stub throughout the game and be ready to display it to a stadium official to verify seat location. All fans are encouraged to have photo identification available at all times.

Security InspectionFor your safety, all patrons entering Ralph Wilson Stadium will be subject to a voluntary security inspection at all entrances of the stadium. To ensure that you are in your seat on time, we recommend that all patrons arrive to the stadium gates early. As you arrive to the gates, remove all headwear, open all purses or other bags and be prepared to open your jackets or other outerwear. Leave all unnecessary and prohibited items in your vehicle. Staff may not secure or hold items for you, and the Buffalo Bills and Ralph Wilson Stadium are not responsible for any items left at the gates.

By tendering this ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its Member Clubs, its affiliates, or its agents. If you elect not to consent to these searches, you will be denied entry into the stadium. Elevated security concerns could prompt more thorough search procedures.

Disabled AccessibilityWheelchair platforms are located in Row 39 of the 100-level and in some premium seating areas. Wheelchair seating tickets are required on the platforms. There is NO wheelchair seating available in the 300-level of the stadium. There is NO storage for wheelchairs anywhere inside the stadium. Family CornerSections 224, 225, 226 and 227 of the stadium are designated as the Family Corner. Alcohol and profanity are prohibited in these sections. These policies will be strictly enforced and violations could result in loss of ticket privileges. Patrons who appear to be intoxicated will be denied entry into these sections.

Field Access

Ramps Ramps providing access to the Upper Level (300-level seating areas) of the stadium are located on the south side of the stadium near Gate 1 and Gate 4 and the north side of the stadium near Gate 6 and Gate 9. Ramps providing access to the Lower Level (100-level seating areas) are located near the video board and by the Red Zone and Goal Line Clubs. See accompanying maps for further information.

Re-Entry PolicyRe-entry to the stadium is prohibited. Once you leave Ralph Wilson Stadium, you may not re-enter. In the event of an emergency, please visit a Guest Service Booth (see locations on enclosed maps). Please note that The Bills Store and most tailgate parties cannot be accessed from inside the stadium. Once you enter the stadium, you cannot exit to access The Bills Store or tailgate parties and then re-enter the stadium.

Re-entry to enclosed premium seating areas is permitted. Club seat holders who leave their respective premium seat area and plan on returning, must have their ticket scanned by a ticket taker when exiting. The ticket will be re-scanned upon re-entering the premium seat area. Guests who fail to have their tickets scanned upon exiting the club area will not be re-admitted.

StairsStairs leading to the Lower Level (100-level seating areas) are located by the Sideline Club entrances inside Gate 2, Gate 3, Gate 7, and Gate 8. Stairs leading to the Upper Level (300-level seating areas) are located by Gate 1, Gate 4, Gate 6, and Gate 9 behind the merchandise stands.

Alcohol PolicyDelaware North Sportservice is the food and beverage company at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Buffalo Bills and Sportservice work together to promote the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages for guests attending events at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and will result in the guest being ejected and may result in arrest and/or ticket purchasing privileges being revoked.

Proof of IdentificationNew York State Law requires that individuals must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. Guests purchasing alcohol who appear to be 30 years of age or younger must present valid identification showing proof of age. Sportservice reserves the right to require all guests (regardless of age) to show valid identification indicating proof of age when purchasing alcohol. Ralph Wilson Stadium management, the Buffalo Bills, Sportservice, and any contracted security vendors or agencies reserve the right to check for proof of age for any guest purchasing and/or possessing alcohol.

Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have acceptable proof of age will be ejected and may be subject to arrest. Guests found to be passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest. New York State law requires that beverages purchased in the premium clubs and suites must be consumed in that club or suite and may not be removed from that area.

Shut offAll alcohol sales and service will be discontinued at the end of half-time, except in the clubs and suites, where service will continue until after the end of the game. Sportservice and Stadium Management reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any guest.

Management reserves the right to change policies or procedures at anytime without notice to guests.

Tailgaters: Clean up your area before entering the stadium to watch the game so it’s safe for you and others. Bring trash bags with you to dispose of your trash. Neatly tied trash bags can be left at your tailgate area or be taken to one of the green dumpsters located in the parking lot areas. Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste, and not commercial or political. Flags or banners that are commercial, offensive in nature, or attached to poles are prohibited.

Ejection Guests who appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the stadium. Ralph Wilson Stadium and the Buffalo Bills reserve the right to eject anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unruly, or illegal in nature. Tickets will be revoked without refund and the individual(s) will be escorted from Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Rules of EjectionUpon ejection from Ralph Wilson Stadium:

Game Day Fan HotlineThe Game Day Fan Hotline is for fans to report incidents or fan code of conduct violations (i.e. impaired individuals, altercations, abusive language, etc) that they witness during the game. Fans can expect immediate follow up from stadium personnel after calling the Game Day Fan Hotline. Please be prepared to state the location and nature of the problem. To report an incident please call (716) 312-8933.

Lost and FoundOn game days, guests may inquire about lost items at any Guest Service Booth. During business hours guests can contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS to inquire if an item has been recovered. The Bills are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Lost Children & Missing Persons (Bills Buddy Program)This lost person program is designed for parents or guardians bringing children or individuals to the stadium. Parties are encouraged to register at any Guest Service Booth, with select gate Guest Service Ambassadors, or in the Fieldhouse on game days. In the event that parties become separated, identifying wristbands and information help in the reuniting process. If you have a lost person during an event at Ralph Wilson Stadium, please contact Guest Service or Security immediately for assistance.

NoisemakersNational Football League policy prohibits noisemakers from being brought inside the stadium. This includes all horns, cow bells, and whistles. We reserve the right to confiscate any item that does not adhere to this policy.

Outside Beverages & Coolers Guests are not permitted to bring outside beverages, cans, bottles, thermoses, coolers, jugs, or other containers into Ralph Wilson Stadium. Children’s juice boxes when accompanied by a child, infant bottles when accompanied by an infant, and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. For specific information please contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS.

Paging Pages and/or private announcements will not be made at the stadium by either the PA announcer or on the video board. Please designate a meeting location should your party become separated.

SmokingErie County Local Laws prohibit smoking within the confines of Ralph Wilson Stadium including concourses, bathrooms, concession areas, suite and club areas, and all seating areas. Smoking is permitted only in the clearly defined designated smoking areas adjacent to the outer perimeter fence. Smoking in areas of the stadium not designated as a smoking area will result in ejection from the stadium and may result in the issuance of an appearance ticket. Violations of the Local Law are punishable by a civil penalty and may result in a fine.

Solicitation Any persons without written consent from either Stadium Management or the Buffalo Bills are prohibited from soliciting contributions or distributing literature on Ralph Wilson Stadium property, including the parking lots.

StrollersThe Buffalo Bills and Ralph Wilson Stadium prohibit strollers from the

left in aisles, concourses or seating areas.

Children – All children two years of age and older must have a ticket. Those children under the age of two do not need a ticket and are expected to sit on an adult’s lap during the game.

Exchanges/Refunds – No exchanges or refunds will be given once a game ticket has been purchased.

Flexible Scheduling – For the 2008 season, flexible scheduling will occur in Weeks 11-17. However, only Sunday afternoon games are eligible to be moved. Please note the schedule and tickets for the effected games list a start time currently of 1:00 pm. Twelve (12) days prior to the scheduled Sunday games in weeks 11-17, the NFL will announce whether there will be a change in the game currently scheduled for 8:15 ET and also may announce games moving to 4:15 ET. Six (6) days prior to the scheduled Sunday games in week 17 the NFL will announce whether there will be a change in the game currently scheduled for 8:15 ET and also may announce games moving to 4:15 ET.

Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Tickets – Your tickets are extremely valuable and should be guarded accordingly. In the event of theft, please contact your local police department and obtain a copy of the police report. Tickets lost through the mail should be reported to the originating post office, where a copy of the tracer should be obtained. You must have this information with you to report your tickets lost or stolen. Please note that

Scalping – The Buffalo Bills are concerned about activities arising from the resale of game tickets, including public safety concerns resulting from people milling around event sites attempting to buy and sell tickets, fraudulent sales of bogus tickets, and misrepresentation of seat locations. New York State also prohibits the resale of tickets within 1,500 feet of the stadium.

Ticket Resale – Authentic tickets can be purchased safely and securely directly from the Buffalo Bills, www.ticketmaster.com, or directly from season ticket holders via ticketExchange on www.buffalobills.com. Ticket holders may also sell their tickets via ticketExchange. Ticket holders found selling fraudulent tickets will have their ticket privileges revoked. Although legal, the Buffalo Bills urge fans not to purchase tickets from any other source. Fans obtaining tickets from an outside vendor may find themselves denied admission at the turnstiles.

Will Call – The Will Call window at Ralph Wilson Stadium is located at the Ticket Office, adjacent to the Fieldhouse. Guests may pick up their pre-paid tickets at Will Call on game day. This window is open three (3) hours prior to kickoff. Proper photo identification is required; tickets will only be released to the person who purchased the tickets.

Wait for the Whistle PolicyTo ensure the enjoyment of all the action for Bills fans, Ralph Wilson Stadium

Bag PolicyAll bags brought in Ralph Wilson Stadium are subject to a visual inspection. Guests attending events at Ralph Wilson Stadium are encouraged to enter the facility carrying the fewest items possible. For those guests who elect to carry additional items into the stadium, the following bag policy will be strictly adhered to:

Emergency PhonesEmergency phones are located by sections 104, 107, 111, 114, 116, 119, 122, 125, 129, 132, 136, 138, 141, 307, 310, 313, 329, 332, 335, 338 and at all booths located outside of the stadium. These phones may be used for immediate assistance in case of an emergency.

Evacuation ProceduresIn the event of an emergency evacuation, please remember:1. Do not panic. Exit the stadium in a calm and orderly fashion.2. Once outside the stadium gates, continue to move as far from the

stadium as possible.3. Follow the instructions of stadium personnel.

SecuritySuspicious activity, disruptive guests, and guest related problems should be reported to a Guest Service Ambassador, Usher Captain, security staff or the Game Day Fan Hotline at (716) 312-8933 immediately. Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct, Ralph Wilson Stadium policies, or uncooperative guests showing disregard for Ralph Wilson Stadium and other guests will be ejected immediately. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed entry in the stadium and tickets may be revoked. Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC), the Apex Group, the Orchard Park Police Department, and Erie County Sheriff’s Office provide the security for Ralph Wilson Stadium. Security Offices are located on the outer perimeter of the Van Miller and Jim Kelly Clubs closest to Gate 3 and Gate 8.

Automated Teller MachinesFor your convenience, ATMs are provided by M&T Bank and are located against the stadium wall inside Gate 2 and Gate 7.

Assisted Listening DevicesHearing impaired guests may check out an Assisted Listening Device (ALD) prior to any event by calling the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS or at any Guest Service Booth with a valid driver’s license.

Baby Changing StationsBaby changing tables are located in most Men’s and Women’s restrooms at the stadium. Changing table stickers are on the doors of corresponding restrooms.

Bills Digest Game DayAll fans entering Ralph Wilson Stadium will receive a copy of Bills Digest Game Day. This publication includes information on the game, team rosters, player interviews, and feature stories.Fans can subscribe to Bills Digest by calling 1-800-932-4557.

Closed Caption DevicesHearing impaired guests may check out a Closed Caption Device (CCD) prior to any event by calling the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS or at any Guest Service Booth with a valid driver’s license.

Drinking FountainsWater fountains are located by sections 103, 105, 107, 111, 112, 118, 120, 124, 126, 127, 133, 134, 138, 140, 142, 306, 309, 311, 312, 314, 317, 328, 331, 333, 334, 336, 339.

Guest Service BoothsGuest Service Booths outside the stadium are located between Gate 4 and Gate 5 and inside the Bills Game Day Experience in the Fieldhouse. Guests may also visit The Main Ticket Office adjacent to the Fieldhouse for any guest service needs prior to entering the stadium. Guest Service Booths inside the stadium are located on the 100-level by sections 101, 112, 123, and 133, and on the 300-level by sections 311 and 334.

RestroomsRestrooms are located throughout the stadium and at all Emergency Medical Stations. Porta-johns are provided in the parking areas. All stadium restrooms are handicap accessible (see locations on enclosed maps).

TelephonesPayphones are available for our guests by sections 111 and 131 in the stadium. Payphones are also located by Media Will Call booth B (by Gate 3), inside of the Main Ticket Office and the Fieldhouse lobby.

Alcohol PolicyDelaware North Sportservice is the food and beverage company at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Buffalo Bills and Sportservice work together to promote the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages for guests attending events at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and will result in the guest being ejected and may result in arrest and/or ticket purchasing privileges being revoked.

Proof of IdentificationNew York State Law requires that individuals must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. Guests purchasing alcohol who appear 30 years of age or younger must present valid identification showing proof of age. Sportservice reserves the right to require all guests (regardless of age) to show valid identification indicating proof of age when purchasing alcohol. Ralph Wilson Stadium management, the Buffalo Bills, Sportservice, and any contracted security vendors or agencies reserve the right to check for proof of age for any guest purchasing and/or possessing alcohol.According to New York State Law, the following are acceptable forms of identification:

Shut offAll alcohol sales and service will be discontinued at the end of half-time, except in the clubs and suites, where service will continue until after the end of the game. Sportservice and Stadium Management reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any guest.
