    CHARGING METHOD Brus Chambers professional charges are mainlycomputed on hourly basis, blended hourly rates, someare customised on case to case basis or on fixed fee,retainer etc depending on client requirement or on thematter. All disbursements and service tax whereapplicable are computed on actual unless the same is alump sum package offer.

    The above fees will not include third party expenses likeinstitution fees, court departmental expenses, sheriffdepartmental expenses, counsel, port and customsdepartmental expenses, photocopying, phones, travelexpenses and other related expenses if vessel is not inMumbai, launch hire charges if vessel is not at berth.
