You met with Tommy yesterday at your home in Scottsdale. As you know you do currently have 2 layers of shingles on the roof of you home that do need to be removed before we can install a new roofing

system on your home.

We also have purchased some discontinued shingles from a manufacture but they are only

available it light gray. They are a good quality architectural shingle but they do not have a

manufactures warranty. We have installed these shingles on a number of homes and have

found them to be a good value.

I am going to offer you two different options one being installing shingles over the existing

shingles and option two will be removing the old roof and installing new underlayment and

new shingles. I will also offer the same scope of work with the special purchase shingles so

you have several options to consider.
