Third Project

We had to install a drainage ditch and drainage pipe in front of the 5th green.

Page 15: Bill Leedom Summer Internship Timber Trail Golf Course

• Cut a ditch in front of the 5th green from one side of the rough to the other side

Page 16: Bill Leedom Summer Internship Timber Trail Golf Course

• The edges of the ditch filled to the top with water.

Page 17: Bill Leedom Summer Internship Timber Trail Golf Course

• Ran a drainage pipe across the drainage ditch

The ditch was then filled with rocks and sand was placed on top so the sod could be put back flat and level.

Page 18: Bill Leedom Summer Internship Timber Trail Golf Course

• The sod was put back on top and then seeded with perianal ryegrass and watered everyday.
