Division President – January 2013 to January 2015 Directed the strategic and overall operation of a specialty architectural finishescontractor with over $50MM in annual revenue with a focus on major airport,transportation and civic markets throughout the United States. Led the company through the management and cultural transition after the companywas sold in 2011. Implemented the strategic business plan for the fiscal year including sales and margingoals, presented the strategic plan and individual goals to all employees and trackedprogress throughout the year. Monitored all active jobs through monthly project audits, participated with the salesteams for all active bids and proposals. Met with architects, general contractors and vendors to promote the capabilities of thecompany.
Vice President of Business Development 2008 to 2009 and 2012 to 2013 Managed the sales, marketing and estimating personnel for preparation andpresentation of proposals totaling over $200MM with a close rate of approximately 35%. Successfully increased annual sales from $9MM to over $60MM. Conducted weekly sales meetings with our sales and estimating staff to review potentialopportunities, current bids, and all outstanding proposals. Met with general contractors, fabricators and vendors to review scope of work and todevelop strategic alliance for all upcoming bids. Reviewed plans and specifications and provided timely requests for information to thearchitect and owner to alleviate any potential conflicts in the contract documents. Established a standard estimating system to be used by all estimators.

Vice President/Project Executive 2009 to 2012 Managed the day to day oversight of the McCarran International Airport Terminal 3 inLas Vegas, NV. This contract was the single largest contract in the history of the companyconsisting of specialty architectural ceilings and ornamental metal finishes. Met daily with the general contractor to schedule work and review conflicts, coordinatedwith our superintendent the daily work of approximately 100 tradespeople between ourdirect field labor and subcontractor field labor, managed our project staff of 8 includingproject managers, project engineers, superintendent, project administrator and qualitycontrol manager. Successful in completing this project with one of the highest margin percentages in thehistory of the company.
Executive Director Southern United States 2003 to 2008 Managed the sales, marketing, and operations for the major metropolitan markets in thesouthern half of the United States. Conducted monthly project review meetings with our operations team to compare actualprogress to the estimated costs. Reviewed current job status with manufacturers, subcontractors and generalcontractor’s project team to minimize any potential issues. Met with architects, general contractors, subcontractors and manufacturers to reviewour project pursuit report of potential upcoming opportunities..
