Dear Sir,

Re:Preliminary Legal Opinion in respect of the Finance Facility against Mortgage on documents for property No. NE-XVI-112-S-6, measuring 180 sq.ft. and situated at Baghbanpura, Lahore (the property) through Mr. Bilal Ahmed (the applicant) son of Anwar Ali, owner of the property.

This is with reference to your letter no. BLH05/07 dated July 12, 2007 regarding captioned subject matter. We have been provided with the photocopies of the following documents:

1. Certified copy of Sale Deed executed by Noreen Tahir etc. in favor of Anwar Ali registered with Sub-registrar Aziz Bhatti Town, Lahore Cantt vide Document No. 11379, Book No. 1, Volume No. 5467 dated 15-1298.

2. Clearance Certificate dated 23-06-07, valid up to 30-06-07, in favor of Anwar Ali Tarar in respect of the property.

3. P.T.1 dated 25-06-07 in favor of Anwar Ali Tarar in respect of the property.

4. Map of the property (not dated).

On prima facie examination of the above-mentioned documents we are of the opinion that we would require the following further documents in order to finalize our legal opinion and ensure that the interest of the Bank is fully secured.

1. Photocopy, obtained from original, of Sale Deed in favour of Anwar Ali in respect of the property.

2. Fresh NEC in favour of Anwar Ali in respect of the property.

3. Fresh Fard for loan in favour of Anwar Ali in respect of the property stating report number and duly countersigned by concerned Tehsildar and Qanoongo.

4. Certified copy of mutation certificate in favour of Anwar Ali in respect of the property.

5. Fresh P.T.1, showing chain of owners, in favour of Anwar Ali in respect of the property.

6. Approved Building Plan in respect of the property.

7. Sale Deed/Title Documents of previous owner(s).
