DEAR IOWA VOYAGERS,Join us to experience the majesty of the Mediterranean––the iconic beauty of the Cote d’Azur. Highlighting storied coastal towns full of glamor and sophistication, this exclusive voyage includes private receptions, insightful lectures, a hand-selected panel of Big Ten alumni ambassadors, and more!

Thank you for joining us!

THE UNIVERSITY OF IOWA ONBOARD AMBASSADOR CHUCK LONGChuck Long starred as quarterback for the Iowa Hawkeyes from 1981-85 and was the first Big Ten player and second player in college football history to throw more than 10,000 yards. He was named Big Ten Player of the Year, received the Davey O’Brien Award and Maxwell Award and was named a first team Consensus All-American. Selected as the 12th overall pick in the 1986 NFL draft, Chuck played seven years with the Lions and one year with the Los Angeles Rams. Chuck’s coaching career included positions with the University of Oklahoma, San Diego State University, and the University of Kansas. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1999 and is an inaugural member of the Kinnick Stadium Wall of Honor.

CELEBRITY LECTURER VERNE LUNDQUISTWith more than 50 years in broadcasting, Verne Lundquist continues as CBS Sports’ beloved sportscaster, providing play-by-play commentary for NCAA football and basketball, NCAA Tournaments, and the PGA Championships. He was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in 2016. He lives in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with his wife, Nancy. Recently, the Lundquists were named the Yampa Valley Community Foundation’s “Philanthropist of the Year” in Steamboat Springs.
