The buyers put a great deal of effort into choosing the right blend of wines for The Society’s mixed cases. Some, like the South of France, Claret for Drinking Now and the Italy cases, are put together to enable members to explore for themselves the different styles that emerge in different regions and countries. Others, such as Members’ Favourites and Society cases, are made up of a selection of good-value wines in popular demand that may be brought out at a moment’s notice.
