You will receive an email confirmation with login credentials from Christopher Bruhn. Visit www.bidsync.com in your Internet browser.
Next, click on My Account.
Login to your account. (Note: New users will need to select and confirm a new password.)
Hover mouse over Search and click Bids. (Note: Contracts and Progress Payments are functions currently unused by the State of Utah.)
Searching BidsyncFrom this screen, search by Title & Description or Bid Number.
Type the search parameters in the text box, select search type, then click Search at the bottom.

All Department of Human Services’ procurements begin with “DHS”.Be sure that “Current Bids.” is selected when you would like to
view a current procurement.
Be sure to select the correct date range when searching past procurements.
Searching by RegionFrom any search screen, click Back to Map.

Click the map for search results.

Examine Details of a ProcurementClick description hyperlink to view the details of a procurement.
The details of the procurement contain the timeframe, description, documents, addenda (when applicable), link to questions & answers, etc.
From the detail screen, click “View Questions & Answers” to view the questions posted by suppliers and the answers provided by the Requesting Agency.

From the detail screen, you may view how many suppliers have viewed the procurement. Click “View” to see the detail of suppliers that have viewed and/or
downloaded the procurement and related addenda.

If you have questions regarding a procurement, please contact the DHS Purchasing Agent at (801) 538-4415.
Offerors/Suppliers with questions on how to navigate BidSync should contact BidSync Customer Support. Please note, BidSync does offer paid services; however, the State of Utah currently sponsors all of its procurements. Therefore, it is FREE to register, receive
e-mail or fax notifications, and electronically respond to State of Utah bids.
