2.1 Financial Viability

Tenderers are required to demonstrate that they have the financial capacity to

provide over the term of the Contract, all the requirements specified in this RFT.Accordingly, you are required to provide the following information in your Tender.

work.

o) Digital copies (in MS Word 2003 format) of all policies governing yourcompany and the behaviour of its employees and contractors and the

procedures that support the relevant policies, in particular your Occupational

Safety and Health Policy, Environmental Policy, Community Relations

Policy, Quality Assurance Policy and any other policies that are relevant.

The Contract may require you to comply with some or all of these policies

and/or policies of PTIB or any of its Affiliates dealing with similar matters.

p) The terms on which you would be prepared to enter a Contract terms if yourTender is successful. Neither PTIB nor any of its Affiliates will be bound

by any such terms except to the extent, if any, that they specifically agree to

be bound during negotiations with you if you are the successful Tenderer.

PTIB and its Affiliates reserve the right to propose their own alternatives to

any or all of any Contract terms proposed by the successful Tenderer. If

PTIB and the successful Tenderer are unable to reach agreement on the

terms of the Contract at any time determined by PTIB in its discretion, PTIB

prepared in accordance with the Schedule of Rates.
