Preparing high qualitybids requires skill andexperience to create acompelling case
• An initial meeting with you and your team willensure we all understand the nature of the bidand the different stages of its preparation,including deadlines.
• Further workshops may be necessary to helpidentify the solution and to work through anyquestions that need a group input.
• Bid writers will work with you and your team tounderstand your service, evidence of pastexperience and the benefits to your client ofcontracting with you. This stage is called 'story-boarding'.
• Information gathered will be used to create adraft response to each of the bid questions withcopies sent to you for review. Responses willinclude written narrative, diagrams and othergraphics where appropriate.
• A near final version of the bid will bepresented to you a few days beforesubmission for final sign off.
• The bid will be finalised and putin the format required forsubmission. Where hardcopies are required, wecan provide printedversions in a range ofdifferent formats orprovide it in print ready format foryour own printers.
• Post submission, we like to conduct a feedbacksession with you and provide on-going support asrequired to answer clarification questions fromevalutors or prepare for any presentations youmay have to give.
