PROPOSAL – 02-3600 Soil Treatment This Proposal shall include all labor, material, equipment, supervision, services, insurance, sales tax, and

miscellaneous items necessary to complete all Soil Treatment.

The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to:

PROPOSAL NO. 03-5000 – GYPCRETE This Proposal shall include all labor, material, equipment, supervision, services, insurance, sales tax, and miscellaneous items necessary for complete placing and finishing of all Gypcrete flooring underlayment to be placed over all wood floors in all buildings in accordance with the plans and specifications.

The scope of work shall include; but is not necessarily limited to the following: A. This contractor’s work includes but is not limited to:

PROPOSAL NO. 09-2500 – DRYWALL (ON WOOD FRAMING) This Proposal shall include all labor, material, equipment, supervision, services, insurance, sales tax, and miscellaneous items necessary to complete all Drywall on wood framing work in accordance with the plans and specifications.

The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to the following:

A. Layout for own work B. Furnish and install all drywall for all the buildings including, but not limited to;

C. Drywall ceiling assemblies shall be per the plans. D. All one (1) and Two (2) hour fire rated walls are included in this scope of work. E. Moisture resistant drywall as required on wet walls. F. W. Subcontractor will repair or report all surfaces and supports which would jeopardize satisfactory finish walls. Subcontractor is responsible for correction of defects in finish work, due to faulty sub-surface preparation. Subcontractor shall report any bowed walls, studs, or out of square conditions.

X. The Subcontractor agrees to do minor touch-up and repairs due to damage by other contractors, at no cost to the General Contractor. In the event of major or excessive costs and repairs, Subcontractor and Project Superintendent will present an estimate of the costs to the party responsible for the damage.

Y. All corridors, breezeways, garage areas, lobbies, storage rooms, electrical rooms, etc., to be included in subcontractor’s work scope.

Z. Wallboard to be held 3/8” above bath tubs/showers with factory edge down, or as directed by the Project Superintendent.

AA. All windows, tubs, HVAC units, piping, doors, etc will be covered before finishing starts. All drywall compound will be cleaned immediately from any contacts not intended to have drywall mud. No overspray on anything will be tolerated. At time of punch out, all accessories will be covered from damage and overspray. Do not spray electrical panels or boxes.

BB. Subcontractor is to ensure proper conditions exist for finishing operation. Low temperature will not be an acceptable reason for failure to meet project schedule.

CC. Immediately after hanging operation, the subcontractor shall completely scrap out and broom sweep all work areas. This process will be repeated after sanding operation. This directive does not excuse the subcontractor from his daily cleaning obligation. Subcontractor is to clean all work areas thoroughly upon completion of all work. No nails, screws or any fasteners will be left behind to rust or damage property. Subcontractor shall scrape all floors removing drywall compound, tape, nails, etc. as required to the satisfaction of the Project Superintendent. Subcontractor will not clean out mud pans, boxes and/or equipment in sinks, commodes, tubs, windows, disposals and/or any other location causing extra work to cleaners or laborers. No clean out will result in materials being discharged in any manner on any exterior building products.
