GENERAL INFORMATION

Bicycle Line has been a leading producer of quality cycling wear since 1987. Today, 25 years on, this company from Treviso, where cycling is a way of life, remains true to its original philosophy: “to produce high-quality, technically advanced items and continually evolved based on customer needs and requests”.

Bicycle Line currently offers a complete range of products, designed and developed by its in-house R&D Department. These are figure-hugging, high-performance garments with highly-advanced pads made from Italian fabrics which provide superior performance, and a complete range of colours combined with comfortable and durable microfiber yarn seams.

In this catalogue you will find a wide range of hi-tech, innovative products with the guarantee of Italian-made quality. All our garments can be customised to meet the many needs of both professional and amateur cyclists.

Team Project is the system which we use to collect all the information we need to create your customised garments. As well as the items shown in this catalogue you will also find more details on our site at www.bicycle-line.com. Here, in just a few clicks you will be able to create a unique product, made to measure for you.

Choose your Artwork: if your team already has graphics, Bicycle Line can reproduce them if you send us the Artwork in vector graphics format (EPS/AI). If your team does not have its own graphics you can choose from a vast range of eye-catching designs that we have made for you. In this part of the process you can also customise the colour scheme of your kit, print it and send it to us for production. All our printing technology is digital therefore there is no limit to the number of colours we can use. However fluorescent colours are not available.

Send us your logos: provide your sponsor logos in vector graphics format (EPS/AI). If they are not in this kind of format we will redesign the logos and charge you based on the complexity of the job.

Minimum order: the minimum production quantities are 10 pieces per article. In case of orders with lower quantities, prices will rise accordingly.

FABRICS

Fabric selection is fundamental as design procedure of our garments. Most of the technical fabrics we use are Italian-made and offer their best during cycling performance.

VUELTAHigh-tech bielastic fabric with Lycra that guarantees excellent softness and absolute comfort aswell as high resistance to pilling and abrasion.Guarantees a perfect fit. Bacteriostatically treated.

SCM 48Fabric made with polyester multi fibres with an open cell structure: body moisture is absorbed quickly and channelled out of the garment. Indeed this configuration allows airflow through the garment and in this way helps the body to stay dry. The result is a refreshing sensation even during the moststrenuous activity.

WAVE T1This double opposite interlacing wrap fabric with balanced weight is characterized by features likerobustness, compactness and durability. The greatest comfort and softness are combined withtotal UV protection (UVP 50+).

THERMO-STRETCHThis fabric is incredibly breathable, durable and easy care; ideal under unfavourable weather conditions it keeps constant the body temperature and, with its particular structure, protects you from wind.

TECNO 3DFabric Tecno-3D is made in highly breathable light polyester. Thanks to its open cellule construction transports away body perspiration providing a faster evaporation. Indeed its particular conformation 3D increases comfort feeling helping air transit during sport.

MODULO 200Nothing keeps you comfortable longer during rides than Modulo 200, elastic and printable fabric which wicks moisture away keeping the body dry and regulating temperature for better cycling performance.

TECNO LIGHT carbonThis elastic and antibacterial fabric offers extra comfort thanks to an antistatique propertyabsorbing and dissipating the electric charges accumulated during physical activity.A composition of breathable polyester completes the added value of this fabric, transporting very quickly the sweat away and keeping the body dry.

THERMOX 200Smooth brushed cotton effect polyester fabric that feels good against the skin and transports moisture away from your skin as soon as possible to keep you dry. Thermox 200 also offers soft touch for maximum comfort whenever you ride.

ACTIVE PROHigh-stretching performance fabric made from microfiber polyester, able to expel sweat away very quickly and to keep the body temperature constant and as a result, helping the rider performance during physical activity. Furthermore, its structure is extremely light blocks UV up to 50 (+UVP50).

TECNO LIGHTThe main advantage of this open-cell polyester fabric is its exceptional wicking properties, keeping the skin dry under the most intense conditions. This highly advanced, extremely breathable fabric feels great and provides an excellent, figure-hugging fit making it perfect for the production of high-performance sports apparel.

T-ISOWARMMedium weight winter fabric used in garments that fit perfectly and have excellent breathability.Gauzing on the inside insures excellent thermal insulation.

POWER SPower Stretch fabric guarantees muscular support which reduces muscle vibration and fatigue, thus improving the athlete’s performance. Comfort, freedom of movements and Power effect are the principles boasted by the Lycra Sport yarn. Excellent UV protection (UVP50+).

OXIGENThis fabric, which has a compressor effect, combines the wearability and efficient wicking properties through its double construction. The Power function is enhanced in essential parts of the body because of their greater oxygenation during sport activity, improving performance and reducing recovery time.High UV protection (UVP 50+).

ARTICAARTICA is an innovative high-tech, gauzed and bielastic fabric. It is composed of hundreds of micro filaments that provide an insulating barrier between the skin and the external environment. Used for sporting garments demanding a high level of performance. ARTICA rapidly expels perspiration and dries quickly, allowing the body to maintain a constant temperature and thus decrea se energy consumption.Characteristics: insulating – light weight - breathable - gauzed - bielastic – resistant to abrasion and pilling.

THERMOROUBAIX TEFLONBi-elastic, extremely soft fabric perfect for all extreme sports activities. It is suitable to be used at very low temperatures and with a Teflon treatment provides protection against stains and soiling.Thermoroubaix also provides excellent wicking properties, windproof protection and durability.

PORDOIThe characteristic yarn of the Pordoi fabric is highly resistant. This innovative weave has been developed to answer to the specific needs of comfort, breathability, weather protection and durability, ideal for mountain biking.

WINDTEXIs a soft and light membrane, water and wind resistant. It’s also breathable and keeps optimalthe temperature of the body. In this way sportsmen are not forced to use heavy clothes with animproved freedom movements.

DROPHighly breathable fabric which easily drives moisture and sweat away.This material also guarantees excellent protection against the wind and exceptional comfort.

ZEROWINDZerowind® is the innovative hydrophilic membrane with exceptional characteristics.

ZEROWIND light weightWicking fabric ideal for vest and wind jackets. Zerowind Lightweight has many advantages like a reduced weight, great stretch and hydrophilic properties which make it so versatile.

COOLMAXThis fiber assures: - antibacterial protection - transport of humidity - great comfort.

ALASKASlightly gauzed bielastic material made up of hundreds of hollows microfilaments to guarantee unrivalled thermal insulation. The fabric’s special structure allows for the natural evaporation of sweat, it dries rapidly, thus maintaining the body’s temperature, reducing energy consumption to a minimum and improving the atlete’s performance.

Before choosing the colours for your new equipment, we suggest you to pay attention to the colour of summer and winter trousers because the fabric of the internal area has already colour. This option favours better performance during use but it is necessary paying a special attention when choosing the colour of the jersey. It is also important to take in account when matching the two main garments of your cycling kit that not all summer and winter colours are available in lycra fabric.In the following table you will find the available colours for trousers internal area.

After choosing the main colour for your trousers, you can decide the colours for your jersey and for the panels of your trousers (see pag. 06).

We stress as well that every fabric absorbs colour in a different way during the heat transfer stage so it could happen the same colour adopts lightly different tonalities.

All our printing technology is digital therefore there is no limit to the number of colours we can use without increasing the prize (fluorescent colours are not available). • Wash cycling garments separately from other clothes/accessories to prevent friction and/or colour migration • Machine-wash is possible but always use a delicate cycle and lukewarm water (max. 30° C). Use a mild liquid detergent only and do not use softeners• If hand washing: do not leave garments in water to soak. To remove excess water gently squeeze by hand.• If you make use of washing machine do not spin and do not tumble dry• After washing do not hang the garments in the direct sunlight. Dry garments flat or hanging.• Do not iron.

• After each ride never store damp clothes in a non-ventilated environment (e.g. plastic bags, sport bags, suitcase, etc.). • After each ride wash the garments immediately in order to avoid fabric deterioration caused by bacterial attacks. • Massage oils and muscular-creams may damage the fabrics fibres. • Do not use softeners or creams on any of our pads.

Our garments have been made using high-quality Italian-made fabrics. Pay close attention to wear washing temperature which clearly indicated in the label.
