LADOT Bicycle Program Map Center

The Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) has asked Bici-Coders to create a mapbased, user-friendly interface for cyclists, planners, and interested members of the general public.

The map will provide bicycle information in a spatial format for the City of Los Angeles to be hosted on the LADOT website.

Planning Relevancy

Cycling works in tandem with the “getting people out of their cars” movement.

Reduce Vehicle Miles Traveled locally.

City needs a comprehensive web space that furnishes bike information (like NY, DC, Madrid, etc.)
