indigenous oil services company. We are an integrated service provider, offering services that

measure and process well output from the exploration and appraisal phase to full field

production. Our focus covers land, swamp; shallow and deep-water well locations, including

remote location, ensuring our clients effectively characterize, quantify, and exploit their

reservoirs.

Bibstar in conjunction with our marine partners offers integrated offshore services to the oil industry, as well as providing traditional ship management services in support of existing relationships. The partnership operates a diverse fleet combining, at various times, Tankers of every size with bulk carriers, general cargo vessels as well as tugs and other offshore support vessels. The managed fleets are equally split between third party tonnage under management and in house management of vessels acquired by our shareholders as long-term investments.

TYPICAL WELL TEST EQUIPMENT LAYOUT

QHSE Bibstar’s quality and operating procedures ensures that our personnel work to provide quality service under stringent HSE controls. Bibstar’s personnel are well trained and experienced to ensure the success of every test.

Well Test Equipment Inventory An extensive inventory of equipment is available covering a wide range of flow rates and pressures. Solids filters to remove produced sand and other solids supplements Bibstar’s standard surface testing packages. Produced water treatment packages are also available for use, in line with environmental requirements.

Flow Back and Clean Up Bibstar provides onshore and offshore flow back and well clean-up services to suit client requirements. We retain a niche service in the safe provision of well clean-up and flow measurement. Flow back equipment:

Extended Well Testing When wells require long-term solutions, such as extended well testing or early production facilities, Bibstar is able to deliver tailored reservoir and production requirements.

This is typical when client’s objective is generating and accelerating cash flow from production before bringing a permanent production facility on line, these projects are often associated with remote environments or challenging operating conditions.

Extended well testing provides substantial reservoir information that can be used to:

Operations and Maintenance Bibstar provides a range of production and operations expertise bespoke to any project and customer requirements. We provide a range of design, engineering, O&M, inspection, and training support.

Whether a company choses to retain this with the facility provider or resume responsibility for it in-house, effective planning is critical in delivering first oil, on time and budget. A primarily business focus is the rental of offshore containers, cargo baskets and offshore

chemical tanks etc., a market in which we excel.

If your requirement is for 1 unit for one day or 400 units for 1 year. Bibstar is the company to

deal with. Bibstar is currently operating a three- year contract with Exxonmobil for the provision

of CTUs.

Bibstar CTUs are designed and manufactured in compliance with DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079, fully

certified by independent, Third Party Certification Company. Units are fitted with anti-slip on

floors.

Managed Oza field Early Production Facility (EPF) contract from 2014 to 2017.

Managed the delivery contract was for the supply, installation and commissioning of two (2) Mud Burners and Booms for Total’s Ofon Phase II Platform – 2014.
