It is with great joy and privilege that I partake in the celebration of this momen-

tous ocassion, the marking of 30 years of pastorial service of my leader, the great

man of God,

Bishop Gregory A. Foster.

Dedication For Ruler ship

And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh King of

Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of pharaoh and went throughout

the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:46

David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reign 40 years.

And the Lord spoke unto Moses and to Aaron saying, take the sum of the

Sons of Kohothite from among the sons of Levi after their families, by the

house of their fathers; from thirty years old and upward even until fifty years

old all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congrega-

tion, about the most holy things.

For as you stand upon the threshold of a new day this 30 year mile-

stone; the number 30 is significant from the biblical perspective in

that it prophesies of that which is to now be made manifest. In the He-

brew language the letter

Lamed means goad of staff which translates to authority and con-

trol. Lamed is also a representation of the Hebraic symbolism for

the number 30. In the Hebrew, (sign) Lamed is the only letter in its al-

phabet that rises above the baseline and extends well beneath it there-

by exempting it from the limitations of the base. It is also centered di-

rectly in the middle of the alphabet, thereby making its position

unique. In other words it is simply outstanding and a cut above the

rest.

Bible scripture references the number 30 as the Time of Dedica-

tion of rulership. Throughout these 30 years you have served as an in-

spiration to your flock, the community and many that have been both

near and far, leaving an indelible impression upon the lives of those

with whom you come in contact. By example you have shown and en-

couraged us to believe God in all things. You have endured much but

with great certainty know, believe and trust that God will never leave

or forsake you because he is a faithful God. Your dedication to the

work of God and to the ministry indeed has allowed God to prove you

and find you faithful.

With his help you have been blessed to obtain 30 years in his ser-

vice, an accomplishment that now qualifies you to enter into the

“Biblical Hall of Rulership” You now stand in the company of such

greats as Joseph, ruler of Egypt, King David, the Levitical Priesthood,

The Apostle Paul and most of all our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to

name just a few. All of which after much preparation and endurance

at the 30 year mark were elevated and dedicated according to the or-

dinance of God to the place of Rulership; a place where greater works

unfold; a place where one is recognized in the spiritual realm as one

who rules.

May God continue to bless and strengthen you as you embrace

this pronouncement of authority walking in destiny with the promises

of God unfolding. Knowing that your latter shall be greater that your

former years.

This is a great date in history November 2012, a mile-

stone of accomplishments. Starting in the YMCA in

1982 to 1178 Fulton Street then 1368 St Johns Place,

in Brooklyn NY. God led me to Bible Faith Church

almost 30 years ago. Bishop you have been a friend,

teacher, edifier, encourager, Bishop and Pastor to

me throughout the years. Thank you for accepting

me into your family. Thank you for The Word,

Prophecy, Teaching and for believing God for me

when I couldn’t believe Him for myself.

Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above, all

I would like to thank every-

Members, Friends and Fam-

ily, who came out to cele-

brate with me in my 30th year Anniversary in

ministry. First, I must take the time to

acknowledge, and show appreciation to God,

who has kept me thus far in His ministry, and

in His work, and has enabled me to empower

and shepherd His people. I am grateful for

my faithful wife, First Lady Stephanie Foster,

who has stood by me through all the years, as

we work together to build up God’s people.

Thank you to the Bible Faith family, who re-

mained loyal to the ministry, and have sup-

ported and encouraged me throughout the

years. Thirty years is a great milestone in

ministry, and I am truly grateful for all that

God has done for me as I labor in His vine-

yard.
