1. INTRODUCTION

2. ACTIVATION OF THE BANCA INTESA WAVE2PAY MOBILE APPLICATION

The Wave2Pay mobile application enables payments with virtual Visa Inspire and Visa Electron cards on POS terminals supporting contactless payments, as well as transactions and account balance overview for accounts linked to Visa Inspire and Visa Electron cards.

You can make contactless payments with the Wave2Pay mobile application if your mobile phone supports Android operating system KitKat 4.4 and above, NFC (Near Field Communication) technology and the Tap & Pay feature.

The Wave2Pay mobile application is available on mobile phones supporting Android 4.1 and above. If you are using this operating system, payment cannot be made via mobile phone but other features of the Wave2Pay application are available:

After contracting the service at any Banca Intesa branch, you will receive the activation ID, and an SMS on the registered mobile phone number with the confirmation of service activation, along with the link for downloading the Wave2Pay application. After you have downloaded and installed the application on your mobile device, the following screen appears, allowing you to select the language and initiate the process of activation by selecting the option Activate.

After you have entered the parameters for the activation you will receive an SMS with the activation code on your mobile phone number.

Enter the required information in the fields provided.Activation ID: you have received this data at the branch.Mobile phone number: enter the mobile phone number in the format +3816xxxxxxxx.Note: To activate the application, you need to be connected to the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

Certain mobile devices automatically extract the activation code from the SMS, while other models require manual input.

After the SMS code is downloaded, create and confirm the mPIN necessary for accessing features, and for verification when making payments. By clicking on the button Activate the process of activation will be completed.

2.1 INITIAL SETTINGS

Select your payment card: After the application is activated, the screen displays virtual cards. If you have multiple cards, at this stage please select the one that you would like to use for payment at the start. The selected card may be changed later (see section 3.2).

Always request mPIN: If you activate the option Always request mPIN, at each payment you will have to verify the transaction by entering the mPIN. Verification with the mPIN is not required for transactions up to set limit. For transactions above the set limit, verification is required.The set limit depends on the market and the country where the payment is made, and is established by payment card organization rules. On our market, the amount not subject to verification with PIN for Visa cards is up to RSD 3.000, and up to RSD 2.000 on Banca Intesa POS terminals.

Location reporting: If you allow for the application to gather information on locations where transactions have been executed, the data will be presented on the map, in the section Transaction details – display location.

Lock history: Here you can adjust the access to transactions history. If you check the field Lock the transactions history, the transactions overview will be available only when the mPIN is entered. If not, the history will be available by entering the application without previous verification.

More secure: The screen for setting the keypad when entering the mPIN. By activating the keypad with shuffled numbers, your mPIN is more secure since keys are shuffled differently every time.

3.1 MOBILE APPLICATION HOME SCREENThe selected payment card (chosen at the initial application setup) and the transactions overview are displayed on the home screen.

Note: All initially selected settings can be changed later via the Settings option in the main menu.

Help us improve: If you check the option for sending crash reports, in case the application crashes, crash reports will be sent to the application developer.

3.2 MAIN MENUWithin this feature, you can change the default payment card (in case you have several cards). If you wish to change the card you would like to use for payment, you need to select the card you want. To change it, touch Set for payment on the screen, and a message will appear stating the card has now been selected as the default payment card.

3.3 MAIN MENU – OTHER SETTINGS

General settingsGeneral settings of the application have the following options:

Language – setting the language of the application

Send crash reports – enables sending crash reports to the application developer, in case it crashes while in use

Widget – if the Wave2Pay widget was set to be displayed on your home screen, you can change its graphics settings here:

Dark widget – you can choose a dark widget for your background

Widget transparency – set the widget’s transparency

Refresh application data – if you are having payment issues or the application makes errors, tap here to restart (application update)

By selecting the option Settings, a screen with additional options appears:

Show notifications: you can receive a notification for each completed transaction. For this service, you need internet access (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

Allow local promotional messages: if you enable this option, you will receive promotional messages from the Bank.

Turn on Bluetooth: Bluetooth activation will enable receiving additional notifications via Bluetooth.

mPIN and keyboard

Notifications

Keyboard with shuffled numbers: check the field for activation.

Change mPIN: choose this option if you want to change the mPIN (see section 5.1).

Forgotten mPIN: if you have forgotten the mPIN, you can have a new one assigned here (you need the activation ID you have received in the Bank – see section 5.2).

Delete application data: if you check this option, application data will be deleted. To use the application again, you need to activate it by entering the activation ID and your mobile phone number as described under Application activation – see section 2).

Security and privacy

Lock transaction history: check this option to view transaction history by entering the mPIN, if the option is not checked, the transaction history will load automatically, without entering the mPIN.

Note: Please enter your mPIN for this option.

PaymentHere you can:

Turn on/off sharing the transaction location displayed in transaction details.

Activate/deactivate the option to verify each payment by entering the mPIN, regardless of the amount required for payment.

Set the Wave2Pay app as default for NFC payments.

For each completed transaction, you can receive automated notifications. You can delete received notifications at any time and select the type of notification you would like to receive in the future. For this service, you need to be connected to the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

To see all details of the transaction, click on the notification.

If you are connected to the internet, by clicking on the Balance option you can view your default payment card’s balance.

Please note that the mPIN is necessary to check the balance!!!

This screen displays the following information:1. Balance – your account’s booked balance2. Available balance – funds available to you

Note: Balance and Available balance may differ if certain transactions are not booked, and you are using the allowed overdraft.

By selecting this option, you can view the selected card’s past transactions. This includes transactions via virtual and physical card. For each transaction, the following information is available:

If you have ‘’locked” the option Transaction history, select the option Log in on the main menu and enter the mPIN, and you will see your transaction history.

4. PAYMENT4.1 QUICK PAYMENT

To make a payment, just unlock the screen on your mobile phone and put it on the POS terminal space marked for contactless payment.If you have set the application so that no mPIN is required for transactions below RSD 2.000 (the limit on Banca Intesa POS terminals), the payment will be approved. Otherwise, the instruction to enter the mPIN will appear on the screen. Once you have entered the mPIN, you need to put the phone on the POS terminal space marked for contactless payment once more.After the transaction is completed, follow the message on your mobile phone screen and POS terminal to see if the transaction is approved or rejected.The transaction status notification is received automatically and you need to be connected to the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

Note: The card you have set earlier as the default card for payment will be used for paying.

Click on the specific transaction to open Transaction details.

4.2 WIDGET PAYMENTS

Enter your mPIN and put the mobile phone on the POS terminal space marked for contactless payment.

Once the transaction is completed, follow the message on your mobile phone screen and POS terminal to see if the transaction is approved or rejected.The transaction status notification is received automatically and you need to be connected to the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

The widget lets you see which card is set for payment, initiate the payment, access notifications and the Wave2Pay application.

If you have set the widget on your home screen, you can make the payment by touching the right part of the widget – option .

4.3 APPLICATION PAYMENTS

To initiate the payment, start the Wave2Pay application.

Touch the option Pay and you will initiate the contactless payment.

Your phone is ready for the transaction. Find the sign for contactless payment on the POS terminal and place your phone on it.

Once the transaction is completed, follow the message on your mobile phone screen and POS terminal to see if the transaction is approved or rejected.The transaction status notification is received automatically and you need to be connected to the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

Enter your mPIN for payment verification.

To abort the payment, touch the X button in the top-right corner (before you place your mobile phone on the POS terminal).

Note: You can make up to 10 payments with each card even if your phone is not connected to the internet. The downloaded payment credentials are valid for 7 days. Before you reach the limit of 10 transactions or the period of 7 days, the application will notify you if it is necessary to connect to the internet to renew payment credentials. The payment credential renewal process is performed in the background, the user just needs to provide the internet connection via mobile or Wi-Fi network.

After you have completed all fields, confirm the entry by choosing the field Change mPIN or on the keypad.

5. mPIN CHANGE AND FORGOTTEN mPIN5.1 mPIN change

5.2 FORGOTTEN mPIN

If you have forgotten the mPIN, it cannot be restored. To continue, reactivate the application and set a new mPIN.You can do this by selecting the option Main menu – Settings – Change mPIN and keypad – Forgotten mPIN.

If you want to change the mPIN, go to the Main menu – Settings – Change mPIN and keypad – Change mPIN.

To change mPIN, enter the following data: Old mPIN New mPIN Re-enter new mPIN

If you do not have the activation ID data, please request the reissue at any of the Banca Intesa branches.

Select Activate with Activation ID and if you know your activa-tion ID, which you received when contracting the service, com-plete the required fields and continue the process of applica-tion activation (explained in the section 1. Activation of Banca Intesa Wave2Pay mobile application).
